However, what truly sets Documint apart is its exceptional support team, particularly Rafaela. Her dedicated, step-by-step assistance transformed a very frustrating process into a great experience. She spent hours guiding me through the correct data structure, group logic, and loop setup until the template functioned perfectly. Rafaela's knowledge, creativity, and willingness to go above and beyond are outstanding. Thanks to her support, the tool not only became functional but also enjoyable to use. I highly recommend Documint because of this world-class support, which made a significant difference in my experience. The design of the app is clean and modern. We try to automate all the processes in our company as much as we can and this one of the last missing puzzles. Thank you, Documint team! **What do you dislike about Documint?** The integrations library could be bigger but I know this is something the team is working on. Otherwise, I don't have anything bad to say about this product. I like it. **What problems is Documint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating separate documents for each EULA and Support Agreement, we sign with our customers took ages. And I'm still not talking about the quotes. We wanted to unify the documents' design but drafts in Google Docs just stopped being enough for us. Documint is a very efficient upgrade to our document flow. ### 4. I have used it for several months now and it is very reliable. Works like a charm and the documents look very clean. **What do you dislike about Documint?** In the beginning it is slightly overwhelming to use the product. But there are great tutorials, so you can overcome that very easy. And once you know you way around it is actually very easy to use. **What problems is Documint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automatically creating documents with a variable number of rows in a table with atributes sourced from an Airtable base.
