The platform works well, but more integrations with local MLS providers or CRMs would be ideal for syncing listings and contacts automatically. When working with high volumes of properties, it can be time-consuming to input everything manually. I have been working on doto services for more than three years now and one of the main benefit that I am getting after working with dealcheck software is that it helps our operations team in deciding whether the new properties on which we are planning to invest are worth investments or not. Also I would like to mention that the software is mainly designed for real state investors not for any business as we are a car detailing company and mainly we need to expand our business through new branches and franchises but the property details that dealcheck shows is not descriptive and informative for any business other than realstate. Deal cheque is a platform that helps us in finding best properties for our business so that we can expand our business and work in some of the best locations of the country it also give a detailed information about all the properties listed on their server and find the best among them. One of the main disadvantage of using dealcheck is that most of the properties that are found on their dashboard are US based. I have tried finding some properties in the village areas of my state Jharkhand but there was no information available. It will show lots of property details available in big cities of our country like Mumbai Kolkata Delhi Chennai but you are going to definitely face a challenge when you will look for a property in rural or semi-urban area. My favourite thing about DealCheck is how easy and quick it is to use. It takes less than 2 minutes to enter all of the required information on the deal you'd like to analyze and get detailed results!
