**What do you like best about Commusoft?**

It is an excellent end to end workflow system. Our business couldn't do without it.

**What do you dislike about Commusoft?**

The plan we are on is online support only, which is excellent however we are hoping to move up to phone support in the future.  We would have preferred phone support at all licence levels.

**What problems is Commusoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we implemented commusoft, it was becoming increasingly difficult to keep track of jobs and progress as we became busier.  This has been a game changer for us - end to end workflow and full tracking of all jobs and estimates.

**What do you like best about Commusoft?**

We find Commusoft an excellent piece of software for managing our plumbing and heating engineers. It is amazing how much more efficient we became.  Our business has grown using Commusoft.  Support are great, they follow any problems through until the end.  We would highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Commusoft?**

A lot of the extra features are only available on the higher packages, which are charged at more money per user. When we have many users, this is a lot of money to add to the monthly bill.

**What problems is Commusoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiencies have  improved for the engineers diaries and the office admin work is greatly reduced.  Invoices are raised and sent within a day helping cash flow of the company

Very easy to schedule engineers jobs and keep track of works that have been done. Customer managment is simple and we use it to manage all works daily. 

Customer support has always been excellent.

Can be a little complicated to deal with invoicing particularly as we use Xero to do our accounting but mainly when adjustsments are needed.

**What do you like best about Commusoft?**

We like the user-friendly system that allows us to easily schedule jobs. It allows our engineers to have the app on the mobile devices. This shows them their diaries and allows them to fill out job reports. Our office staff are then able to keep track of our jobs and send out job reports and invoices to our clients.

Customer support is easy to reach and very helpful.

We get storage issues from time to time. This means that we have to go into old jobs and individually delete old pictures and videos. There is no option to

The diaries allow us to book work well in advance and trackers / diaries show where engineers are in real time. With estimating and invoicing also integrated, Commusoft combines everything you need which in turn has allowed our company to grow from a team of 3-4 to 10+ now.

**What do you dislike about Commusoft?**

There have been some issues with accounts software integration and it feels this could be upgraded / smoothed out. There good thing about commusoft is there are always updates and it feels like this will become a smoother aspect in time. I'd love for it to allow us to picture invoices and them going straight through to Sage as per other accounting software.

**What problems is Commusoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Covers diary, invoicing, estimating, linking to accounts software and even van tracking. Having support whenever needed is also invaluable. We now have engineers take multiple pictures when on site also which really helps too from the office perspective with pricing / estimating and invoicing.

The company has been a Commusoft customer for nearly three years. During this time we have gone from strength to strength and been able to grow our operations as a result of the support that the Commusoft field service software has been able to offer both to our engineers in the field and our office based admin staff. We are able to quickly communicate with field staff and turn around our servicing, estimating and invoicing in a fraction of the time our pre Commusoft processes allowed. We aim to continue our association with Commusoft, continue growing the business and taking advantage of the functionality that Commusoft has to offer at real value for money.

We have been using Commusoft for many years; the service is outstanding, and it is the best software available for organising our business. The support is also excellent, I would recommend to anyone that wants an exceptional service to manage their business.

Nothing at all, it ticks all the boxes we require as a business.

Commusoft allows our job flow and diary management to be a simplified process, it is easy to take jobs and plan the diary, move jobs, invoice and take payments on job completion.  Easy integration in to our accounting program has cut down a lot of manual entry issues.

The set-up some of the features can take a lot of set-up time and things like reminders that you can schedule automatically would like to see these more customisable in terms of messages being sent to individual customers.

Commusoft have automated a lot of our processes and this has been a time saving thing for us.  Keeping customers infomed, scheduling and invoicing have benefitted us massively.

The fact that it allows me to perform multiple tasks in a fairly simple and fast way is of great help to improve a large number of processes within my company, another point in its favor is that it allows me to create a database of my clients in a fairly simple way, so that later I can use that information to create promotions or offer products according to the profile of my clients, the customer service is quite fast when answering any questions or concerns that may arise to present during the use of this application, the fact that it provides a safe and reliable storage for the data generates more peace of mind regarding the protection of my clients' information.

Learning this application is somewhat complex and cumbersome, so you should rethink the way they have designed their interface.

It has been helping me to generate a more robust, reliable and secure database of clients to whom I can offer my products, with the information provided I can create advertising for my products based on the interests of my clients, which together With the information collected they guarantee that it is a complete success.

*Always doing regular updates
*Always listening to my feedback and are always trying there upmost to update or change there features to try and suit our company.
*Been using them for 7 years now and if you compare how they were then to now it is completely different, even in 2013 it was still good but now it's on another level it's so easy and efficient to use.
*It's also so handy for new staff because it's so easy to learn and work your way around. Training new staff use to be very difficult on our old system but now new tstaff can learn within days the features of commusoft.
*Always keeping us up to date on new updates.

**What do you dislike about Commusoft?**

Being perfectly honest, I could not find a single bad thing to say. If there ever is something I don't like about commusoft or there's a feature that doesn't work properly or could do with adjusting Commusoft will listen and try there upmost to sort that out. Many times over the last 7 years they've adjusted or added so many features that makes us work more effieciently and quicker.

If I compare where our company was 10 years. We were still doing well but the whole process of what we do took so long and would take up a lot of time. Payments use to take us 5 minutes on our old software and we had to do this for hundreds of jobs a month. now it takes 5 seconds to do a payment through commusoft. We can track where our engineers go being able to keep our customer up to date on ETA on appointment, filing our invoices and receipts is just so fast and efficient.It is simply unbelievable! Through Commusoft we have been able to grow as a company as all the tedius and long winded jobs take a matter of seconds

Commusoft has been invaluable in helping JDL to expand its Minor Works department from 3 engineers to 10. Commusoft is great for seeing where the engineers are and looking at customer job history.
The e-mail and telephone support received from Commusoft is excellent and the staff are all very friendly

**What do you dislike about Commusoft?**

Sometimes frustrating when you get thrown out of Commusoft and you have to close all the tabs and log in again

**What problems is Commusoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is not having paper job books. Everything is done electronically and is less likely to be lost or mislaid.
We have also started using the purchase order function - this has been a great benefit for calculating the total job costs and also for checking purchase orders against invoices - we have gained a fair amount of money back from suppliers for incorrect invoices!

From the start we found commusoft easy to use, we was up and running before we had the training. The training is also Great and point out very useful features. We love being able to see completed jobs as they happen. Any issues with jobs can all be recorded in one please and pictures taken to show any issues. Also all work completed can have a picture taken for quality check purposes. 

**What do you dislike about Commusoft?**

I do not like the notification feature, it notifies about so may things, then you cannot close it down until you look through them all. then the feature becomes redundant because you have too many to go through and delete.

**What do you like best about Commusoft?**

Commusoft is a very good and comprehensive job management system.

It handles booking appointments, emailing appointment reminders to customer and engineers with ease.  

It is very simple and straightforward to use with the more complex IT side hidden in the settings or with the Commusoft tech guys.  

The diary systems works well, alongside the customer input, job input and invoicing seamlessly integrates with Xero.  

The support staff and friendly and helpful.

Updates are happening all the time in the background to improve the system and they are more than happy to listen to suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Commusoft?**

The system itself is very good but I feel there could be more which the system can do to benefit businesses which use it even further. 

There are other pieces of software which could benefit from being integrated with Commusoft which could lead to it being an even better all encompassing system.  Just because no other business is forward thinking enough to ask for these changes doesn't mean they wouldn't use them if they were implemented to grow their business.

It would be helpful to have a different tariff for office staff or engineers, engineers only use a small percentage of the capabilities of Commusoft, we would happily pay more per office staff member if more features were available and less per engineer who doesn't use these extra features.

Ipad - the Ipad uses Commusoft App with no option for the desktop[ version, it would be much better to be allowed to use the desktop version on the iPad (or similar).

Don't delay and get this system installed and it is excellent and saves time and ultimately money for your business.

Time management has dramatically improved with many jobs now all done on Commusoft without duplication.

Commusoft has helped us organise our business more than we could ever have hoped it would. It's awesome and the team are committed to your success. There are many areas it has helped us to be more efficient, from the office team to those out in the field.

The estimating - it's not currently comprehensive enough for our needs. It would also be good if the Analytics could be customisable for our business specifically.

Understand your business requirements and areas that need improvement. Access as much information and demos for Commusoft beforehand. The training given when first purchasing the product can be really tailored to your business so the more you put in before the training the more value you will add to it and the easier you will find it to implement.

Diary management, invoicing, compliance, communication and customer notification have all improved with the aid of Commusoft.

**What do you like best about Commusoft?**

Very useful software for integrating my work diary, customer database, estimates and jobs - just about everything in one package. 

**What do you dislike about Commusoft?**

It can be a little tricky to learn, probably because it has so many bells and whistles.

**Recommendations to others considering Commusoft:**

Look at the extensive on-line help and don't be afraid of using the excellent telephone support.

**What problems is Commusoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to see all my work in one place + the integration with my accounting software (Xero) is really useful and saves a lot of time. The latest version also has much better customer communication features.

**What do you like best about Commusoft?**

Very easy system to use for many jobs. We have a number of engineers and the system is great for seeing quickly who is working where. We can also invoice and quote all on one system.

**What do you dislike about Commusoft?**

There can be a delay between engineer notes uploading to the office. This cause the most amount of problems as it delays our invoicing.

**What problems is Commusoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Commusoft has help our business become much more efficient and is great for having all our data in one place.

**What do you like best about Commusoft?**

All customers information available for engineers.  Accounts data can be downloaded to excel.  Can control the data if importing to an accounts package.

**What do you dislike about Commusoft?**

Not flexible.  From an accounts point of view you cannot look at a customers main account you have to drill down to get the information you need which is time consuming.  Also you cannot put as payment on account which does happen in most industries.

Like any other software package use the demo to make sure it is what you are looking for.

- Ability to book jobs from the office
- Each engineer gets real-time update on their phone
- We can also track our van and send instant notification to client once an engineer is on this way

Nothing at the moment.
Love all the updates and functionality of the product

Organising and keep tracks of jobs has been completed.
