Ability to organize large volume based on next pending tasks. Ability to print multiple documents for different files. I am not sure if there is a new version of the software out but software is definitely a little outdated and not user friendly. It takes a while to get used to Cogent and if you are not used to computers it will take even longer. It is confusing because each time you open a window it opens separately instead of something like a "New Tab".There are some issues I have with Cogent that I am not sure is just due to our IT department or Cogent itself.
