The AgreeYa team manages the Cogent support team goes beyond the scope of most company support. Technolgy companies can fail quickly, regardless of how good if their support staff cannot assist its customers. **What do you dislike about Cogent?** Cogent is addressing the items they need to improve. It seems unfair to pull out any one thing Cogent needs to correct or make available because if I turned in a ticket today, they would make sure any complaint or suggestion about their system they would start working on and make it available in a future release. **What problems is Cogent solving and how is that benefiting you?** No problems....I would say we are making improvements with Cogent to keep the product moving forward. Our business has increased due to the functionality of Cogent. This product was good when we started using it.... it is so much more today. They update their system regularly to keep up with industry demands. ### 2. We rarely see an outage on their end. **What do you dislike about Cogent?** I do wish they had a larger native footprint. To get them outside Shared Data Centers, you must ride over a 3rd Party in many locations. **What problems is Cogent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cogent provides some of the best internet services in the business. The response time and latency are far better than many competitors. ### 3. The user interface is very friendly. It minimises the human effort and enhance the performance. **What do you dislike about Cogent?** Like most of the app it also has some bugs. But the best part is we won't be able to find it. It is a web based service so you can use it anywhere to reach any client/customer. **What do you dislike about Cogent?** The learning curve to use this software. It is hard to maneuver around. I also don't receive an alert when the results are available. **What problems is Cogent solving and how is that benefiting you?** I enter the employee's information, and they take care of the rest. The workflows and automations are the best and the ability to streamline business while minimizing errors can't be beat. **What do you dislike about Cogent?** Like all software solutions, Cogent isn't perfect. There are bugs that can be hard to trace and replicate which make them very hard to resolve. Support is responsive and does their best to help. **What problems is Cogent solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are much more efficient and accurate. ### 9. Ability to print multiple documents for different files. Able to put custom comments and codes as well as mass action multiple files to do the same thing such as put them in another queue or print a document. **What do you dislike about Cogent?** I am not sure if there is a new version of the software out but software is definitely a little outdated and not user friendly. It takes a while to get used to Cogent and if you are not used to computers it will take even longer. It is confusing because each time you open a window it opens separately instead of something like a "New Tab".There are some issues I have with Cogent that I am not sure is just due to our IT department or Cogent itself. Additionally, as far as I am aware there is no current support for Cogent. **What problems is Cogent solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving problems such as the ability to be able to keep up with and on top of thousands of files and batch print many documents at once instead of one by one. ### 10.
