Cogent is addressing the items they need to improve. It seems unfair to pull out any one thing Cogent needs to correct or make available because if I turned in a ticket today, they would make sure any complaint or suggestion about their system they would start working on and make it available in a future release. Like all software solutions, Cogent isn't perfect. There are bugs that can be hard to trace and replicate which make them very hard to resolve. Support is responsive and does their best to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ability to organize large volume based on next pending tasks. Ability to print multiple documents for different files. Able to put custom comments and codes as well as mass action multiple files to do the same thing such as put them in another queue or print a document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not sure if there is a new version of the software out but software is definitely a little outdated and not user friendly. It takes a while to get used to Cogent and if you are not used to computers it will take even longer. It is confusing because each time you open a window it opens separately instead of something like a "New Tab".There are some issues I have with Cogent that I am not sure is just due to our IT department or Cogent itself.
