"Simple, Stable Video Meetings That Streamline HR Onboarding and Training"
4/5
What do you like best about ClickMeeting?

Honestly, ClickMeeting has become my go-to video meeting tool for all my HR and administrative work at Maple Community Library Services, and there’s so much I appreciate about how simple and reliable it is day-to-day. As the HR & Administrative Coordinator for our small library team of 11–50 staff, I handle everything from new hire onboarding meetings, staff training sessions, remote check-ins with part-time library assistants, to internal admin workflow discussions. I’ve used several meeting platforms before, but ClickMeeting fits our non-profit library workflow perfectly without all the overcomplicated, unnecessary features.

What I love the most is how stable and beginner-friendly the whole platform is for our mixed team skill levels. A lot of our library staff are long-tenured team members who aren’t super tech-savvy, so complicated meeting tools always created confusion and delays. ClickMeeting is incredibly straightforward to join and host, no complicated setup required. A great example is our monthly part-time staff onboarding and policy training. Every month, we bring in new seasonal library aides who need to go through HR paperwork review, workplace policy training, and benefits orientation remotely. I host all these onboarding sessions on ClickMeeting, and new hires never struggle with joining the room, turning on audio, or following along with screen shares. It saves me so much time troubleshooting tech issues compared to older tools we used before.

I also really rely on its screen sharing and session recording features for our HR workflows. Since I manage all employee onboarding and HR admin processes through HRSprout, I often need to walk new staff through how to submit time-off requests, update their employee records, and navigate our internal HR system. During virtual training calls, I can instantly share my screen, demonstrate step-by-step HRSprout workflows, and record the entire session. I then save those recordings and share them in our staff shared drive. This lets team members revisit the training anytime they need a refresher, instead of me repeating the same walkthroughs over and over for every new hire.

Another huge plus is how clean and organized the meeting scheduling system is. I juggle lots of different recurring meetings — monthly staff check-ins, internal admin syncs, and one-on-one employee support meetings. ClickMeeting lets me set up recurring meeting links in seconds, auto-send calendar invites, and manage all upcoming sessions in one dashboard. It keeps my HR calendar structured and prevents scheduling conflicts, which is critical during our busy library seasons.

Overall, ClickMeeting simplifies every part of my remote HR coordination work. It’s dependable, easy for all staff to use, and has exactly the core features we need to run smooth onboarding, training, and internal team meetings without any extra hassle. It lets me focus on supporting our library staff instead of fixing technical meeting issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickMeeting?

The biggest frustration is how the recording feature behaves sometimes. When I host our virtual onboarding sessions, I always record the meeting so new library staff can go back and review the HRSprout walkthroughs and HR policy materials later. On more than one occasion, the recording would cut off randomly near the end of a long training session. The audio and video would stop saving even though the live meeting kept running. Last month I ran a two-hour onboarding for our seasonal library aides, and the final 20 minutes of the session didn’t save. I had to redo that section of the training separately, which took extra time out of my packed HR schedule. There wasn’t any clear warning before it happened either, so I couldn’t catch it mid-call.

I also find the email invite templates really limited. When scheduling onboarding meetings or confidential one-on-one employee conversations, I need to add custom notes, library-specific instructions, and basic privacy reminders in the invite. The built-in template editor doesn’t give me much room to customize the message. I end up copying the meeting link and creating invites manually in our email client every single time, instead of sending everything directly through ClickMeeting. It’s an extra manual step I wish I could skip.

Another annoying thing is that some of our older part-time staff run into browser compatibility issues. A few of our long-term library workers don’t update their browsers regularly, and they sometimes can’t get into meetings unless they download the desktop app. I’ve spent quite a bit of time walking people through installation steps over the phone right before training starts. That delays our sessions and pulls me away from other HR admin tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful for Managing Webinars, Meetings, and Online Sessions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickMeeting?

I was looking for a simple way to organize online education sessions and webinars without spending too much time on setup. ClickMeeting made that process much easier and more structured. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. Because of that, I often need a platform where I can schedule educational sessions, manage participants, and share information with a larger audience in a professional way. I use it for health education webinars, nutrition awareness sessions, online presentations and online meetings. Features like webinar scheduling, registration pages, attendee management, presentations, chat, polls, and webinar recordings help me manage sessions in a more organized way. It is useful when sharing information with a larger audience and keeping everything in one place.

Performance has been smooth during regular use. Moving between webinar settings is quick, pages load properly, and setting up events does not take much time. This helps when preparing sessions, managing registrations, and organizing webinar activities. I also like that the platform supports different types of events, including webinars, training sessions, and online meetings. The number of features feels well balanced without making the system complicated. Integration and implementation were simple, and I was comfortable using it in a short time. I use the platform regularly when planning educational sessions and online programs. Overall, ClickMeeting helps me organize webinars more efficiently, manage participants more easily, and deliver online sessions in a professional way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickMeeting?

I sometimes spend more time than I would like on webinar registration pages because small changes often need to be checked more than once before everything looks right. I also find that recordings and webinar files can build up over time, so keeping them organized takes some extra effort. When managing multiple webinars, I would prefer a simpler way to keep related materials together and easier to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Stellar Support and Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickMeeting?

I find ClickMeeting's usability fantastic, especially since many of our users aren't great with new technologies. The automation feature is something I love because it automatically sends reminders about events, which saves me a ton of time and helps us not lose people who struggle with computers. The support team is great too; they're fast, efficient, and nice, which was a big help when my boss wanted some changes, and I wasn't sure how to get it set up right. The initial setup was super easy, and it's easy to teach others how to set up and organize meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickMeeting?

Well there could be more possibility to personalize the certificate. I mean there are some options to personalize them, but I would love to get more options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Webinar Platform That Saves Time and Streamlines Events"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickMeeting?

What I like best about ClickMeeting is that it combines webinars, meetings, registration, and recordings in one tool, so I don’t need to use several platforms at once. It saves time thanks to automatic sign-ups, email reminders, and ready-made reports after each event. It also makes it easy to reach a large audience online in a structured and professional way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickMeeting?

What annoys us is that the window of a participant with the microphone muted and the camera switched off disappears from the screen. It would be much more convenient if you didn't have to check in the list if the person is still logged in. Sometimes there is a difficulty with the connection but this is probably due to the specific conditions of individual users. This happens very rarely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A flexible and accessible solution for global online events"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickMeeting?

ClickMeeting offers excellent accessibility for international audiences, including multilingual interface options and smooth performance across different devices and browsers. The platform works well on both desktop and mobile, which makes it easy for participants to join from anywhere. Customer support is also responsive and helpful when assistance is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickMeeting?

The mobile experience, while functional, has slightly fewer features compared to the desktop version. Additionally, setting up more complex events may require extra preparation time. These are minor limitations that do not significantly affect the overall usability of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
