Although there is the ability to have ClearVoice manage writers for me, there is also a DIY option for Content Managers like myself who prefer to build teams and manage writers using a more hands on approach. I also really like the way the platform is set up to create assignments - it allows me to discuss brand voice, tone, and even personas in great depth. **What do you dislike about ClearVoice?** I wish there were more revisions built into the cost. Some writers don't seem to pay close attention to all of the notes within the assignment, leaving more work on my end for the cost. **What problems is ClearVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** ClearVoice has allowed me to take some of the weight off of my own shoulders when it comes to writing, freeing myself up to focus on more pressing matters. As a senior level SEO, having me spend my time writing is not the best investment for my company. ### 2. But we figured the content would be worth it. However, 3 of the 4 initial blogs we submitted were unusable. They basically took our outline and strung together the bullet points with cliches and awkward constructions like "In all corners of the globe...." And when we put in our request for revision, we were told the substantial revision necessary to make this acceptable for our clients was "outside of scope." We ended up rewriting them from scratch at our own expense. I am amazed that CV puts out such low-quality content, and even moreso that they refused to make it right. **Recommendations to others considering ClearVoice:** The content management platform may be fine - we didn't use that piece. If you're considering the Freelance content, don't. It's quantity over quality, just bulk commodity content. **What problems is ClearVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. We have received content that needs to be essentially rewritten before we can use it. ### 3. I love the service. The customer service is outstanding. Chris and Bryan are like my right hand guys. Love those dudes. **What do you dislike about ClearVoice?** The learning curve. It would be good if I could learn the system without going working on a real project. Also, I do not like the fact that I cannot separate a writer from my client. It would be beautiful if there was a way for me to work with my team and then work with my client in the same assignment. But, my client not see the work that my team (and writer) are doing. With that said, once you do find someone that fits the bill, the communication is a breeze. **What problems is ClearVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our agencies alignment on finding suitable writers to help us save our time on strenuous client blog writing, as well as managing our own blog with effective scheduling. The benefits of having both allows us to focus our time on more high level content curation. ### 5. It'll save you a lot of time to do this from the outset. **What problems is ClearVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped expand our reach and allowed us to do more with marketing while we were still growing our team. ### 6. The price is a little high but other than that I'm very happy with pretty much everything. **Recommendations to others considering ClearVoice:** Spend time in the demo portal and with their sales team. They're both very helpful in understanding how the tool works and how to get the most out of it. **What problems is ClearVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralizing content creation, draft storage, and revision histories. The best thing about CV is that the team is always working to improve the platform. I've sent a list and reviewed it with the team. It's a newer platform, so it's going to have some quirks. **Recommendations to others considering ClearVoice:** The CV team is open to feedback, and they are always implementing improvements. **What problems is ClearVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been using spreadsheets, Word docs, our project-management platform, and email to produce content. CV puts us in one platform. We are still in the process of adopting CV with all of our clients, so we haven't realized a lot of benefits yet, but we will! ### 8. If you plan to grow organically through content marketing, this is a must have. **What problems is ClearVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are giving time back to marketing management which saves labor costs at our end, on top of that we are generating targeted content that has been direct responsible for our traffic growth to help us beat out our competition. ### 9. Very helpful. **What do you dislike about ClearVoice?** Figuring out how to do things have taken some time, like learning how to have a freelancer sign up for CV so that I can assign something specifically to them, instead of sending it out to the Marketplace. Also, there was a glitch with her accepting her most recent assignment - had to email the help desk. **What problems is ClearVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Way fewer invoices to deal with, which is always a plus. ### 10.
