I can easily find all of my residents and their orders. **What do you dislike about CareSuite?** Sometimes the assessment tab won’t allow us to print out the assessments but we have gone through Firefox to print them and that seems to fix the temporary problem. **What problems is CareSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’m able to pull up the residents orders easily and link up with the pharmacy so that we all can view The orders easily. ### 2. I love that we can log on to one system that allows us to read, update and share so much useful information across the facility regarding clients. It also helped our facility reduce using paper for everything. **What do you dislike about CareSuite?** I dislike that you can’t delete statements under client chart notes when you mess up. Also I wish there was a way to be able to mark multiple client profiles and add one note, group or activity to a large amount of clients charts. Instead we have to do it client by client which takes a long time. **What problems is CareSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving massive paper use. Also we are able to share client information and have anyone with an account edit or write on a clients profile. The benefits of using this for our facility has been efficiency among client progress as well as clarity with their progress. ### 3. Benefits are the ability to edit past entries and convenient layout ### 4. It's really easy to print off the information for doctor's visits or for use in our caregiving scheduling software for their notes. I didn't interact with the CareSuite team beyond the initial setup and roll-out, but they seem very receptive to feedback and communicate well about possible changes. **What do you dislike about CareSuite?** Updates cause a poor connection with the software and we have to reset multiple times to get it back up and running. Any changes to the med schedule by the pharmacy require a phone call, making it difficult to correct errors in real-time or short notice. Though it only happened once, the wrong prescription was submitted by a doctor and trying to communicate between the doctor, the pharmacy, and making a correction was kind of a hassle. Though, better to get it right and have to wait. **Recommendations to others considering CareSuite:** Make sure you have a solid internet connection wherever you are using this software. We found that poor connections caused CareSuite to lag and not function properly (I assume because data was being dropped and not loading properly). **What problems is CareSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Medication management is a huge concern in our cluster care services. It makes communicating what meds need to be administered and when extremely easy. We've had difficulty communicating with our caregivers in the past when the schedules are more complex. Small changes to dosages can mean serious consequences. We're thankful we have this software to simplify the tasks for caregivers and for keeping everyone in the loop as to what's going on with each case. ### 5. If I need to find out what medications a resident is on very fast it's just a simple click. **What do you dislike about CareSuite?** The downside to caresuite is nothing gets saved if the internet goes down. **What problems is CareSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's made charting so much more simple than having to write down and file everything individually. ### 7. So many tools at your fingertips to help your communities make the most of it. **What do you dislike about CareSuite?** User names can only be used once in the entire Quickmar database so if your name is Rob Johnson....plan to get creative! **What problems is CareSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It takes the time away from paper MARs that can be used for other projects. So many different reports that are beneficial to both the pharmacy and the community. ### 8. I know the information was safe and it was there if I had to refer back. ### 10.
