Takes less time to understand what is where. Less price so small & medium companies can afford it and use it for daily purposes. Support is also good, whether is it for the demo of the tool or bugs logged for the portal. **What do you dislike about Bugasura?** Nothing to dislike as of now. Would like to see this tool grow into Project Management tool too, so that I can add the tasks here and log the bugs for the same, which will make Project teams' life easy. I'm comparing MS Project features here for it. **Recommendations to others considering Bugasura:** If you want to have a bug tracking tool which is easy to understand, simple UI, projects need to share with external clients, most important in affordable price, then you must go with Bugasura. Awesome Product !!! **What problems is Bugasura solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have seen they have integrated JIRA and Github now. As me and my team as not using those tool for now, can not say anything about it, however, would like to have more such integrations to automate the tasks. ### 3. The filter criteria is still an area to focus on improving it's real operation in funneling the bugs when playing with those filter attributes. Sometimes, it gives outliers in filter results which sometimes is confusing and unmanageable. **Recommendations to others considering Bugasura:** This tool is tremendously helping us squashing bugs on our multi-tier projects in one time. We are so much eased and relaxed as we don't have to maintain spreadsheets and toggle our progress there. Its all here now with everything in foundation to track down and resolve bugs in SPRINTS 🙌😇 **What problems is Bugasura solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a Developer, earlier we followed our QA team bug reports that were maintained in sheets, and managing those was cumbersome and tedious task to check new, and old bugs; hence it delayed our on-time deliveries. The software is as customisable as we currently need and allows you to create prefixes for each project to easily identify the project by the bug reference. **What do you dislike about Bugasura?** While customisable, It would be nice to be able to create dropdowns with pre-determined options. Currently, only free text values (while values can be locked to integer or text etc) are allowed. **What problems is Bugasura solving and how is that benefiting you?** The level of customisability was not originally in the product when we first started using it. After contacting the company and advising our needs, the functions were quite quickly available to use to us. ### 6. Most of the features work seamlessly. Sometimes I had to log out and log in to make some changes. otherwise no complaints as of now. **Recommendations to others considering Bugasura:** Look into this tool if you are looking for bug reporting for any frontend development. **What problems is Bugasura solving and how is that benefiting you?** We develop multiple features every week. Testing these screens and getting review from teams spread across India has been seamless with this tool. Because of this we development team is able to resolve bugs 80% quicker. ### 7. I would recommend it to have easily dragged the stories from one column to another.It is very difficult to move the stories. Also it is getting refreshed every time after the updation of stories on the board. But with Bagasura it's piece of cake to keep track of issues and the progress made on any issue/feature synced from Jira. **What do you dislike about Bugasura?** Nothing as such to dislike but definitely, there is a lot of scope for enhancements/improvements.
