Bugasura is best to setup and log bugs reports, adjust metrics based on severity, priority, etc.

The platform is still have slow loading time, often we need to hard refresh to see realtime changes.

The filter criteria is still an area to focus on improving it's real operation in funneling the bugs when playing with those filter attributes.

We have been using this product for about 6 months now, and it has helped our team consolidate and manage software bugs better than ever before. The software is as customisable as we currently need and allows you to create prefixes for each project to easily identify the project by the bug reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While customisable, It would be nice to be able to create dropdowns with pre-determined options. Currently, only free text values (while values can be locked to integer or text etc) are allowed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi, I am using Bugasura for the past 3months. I would recommend it to have easily dragged the stories from one column to another.It is very difficult to move the stories. Also it is getting refreshed every time after the updation of stories on the board. It really affects the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me, the best is the integration part, it's easy to sync the required data from platforms like Jira which nowadays is the leader and a bit difficult to manage. But with Bagasura it's piece of cake to keep track of issues and the progress made on any issue/feature synced from Jira. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
