From looking up customer information to creating jobs and services, everything is pretty straightforward and simple to do. ### 2. We have lost a field employee over frustrations with this system. I have paid over a thousand dollars for a system that is simply unusable. The salesperson was misleading and the customer service has been almost non-existent. They tried to charge me for adding a warning label to my invoices (as required by law). The billing system is screwed up. I am abandoning the money and time I have invested in this because I simply cannot due it anymore. They have chosen the wrong service industry to create software for because they don't understand the needs of a route technician or office staff... or heck, even admin! I tried... REALLY TRIED... to stick with it and ask for help but even their staff does not know what to do. The "dedicated trainings" just leave their people and this person frustrated with nothing really accomplished. Today is the day. I'm out. **What problems is Briostack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Briostack create more problems than it solves... hours worth of added work and time with absolutely no production benefits. The scheduling portion of the software was one of the best we've used, to date. **What do you dislike about Briostack?** Briostack could not provide consistent reporting, which is an integral part of running a business. **What problems is Briostack solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system was working to help automate manual processes we had in place. ### 4. Affordable. it now has the ability to do almost everything Pest Pac does and now beating out key 7 software **What do you dislike about Briostack?** Growing pains are hard. It has grown to the pest pac ability but still needs some more fine tuning. We switched to Key 7 BUT we have found out that Briostack has finally caught up with everyone so Beginning in October, we are switching back to Briostack. **Recommendations to others considering Briostack:** YES!!! **What problems is Briostack solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits is that it is so user friendly Most pest software is ancient or hard to use.
