**What do you like best about Bria?**

I’ve been using BRIA 5 since 2019, and what I appreciate most is how reliable and straightforward it is for everyday communication. Call quality stays consistently clear, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate, so I can manage calls, messages, and contacts all in one place without hassle.

**What do you dislike about Bria?**

Honestly, I haven’t run into any major issues. So far, it’s been reliable and has met my needs.

**What problems is Bria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bria helps me manage calls and meetings in one place, which makes communication much easier and more organized. It saves me time and helps keep everything running smoothly in my day-to-day work.

**What do you like best about Bria?**

Bria worked to help me manage calls that come to my business VOIP line (for which I use Corvum) via my cell phone, and to make outgoing calls from my cell phone reflect my office number. In the past, I had this functionality bundled via a single provider. When I left to find a more cost-effective alternative, I was introduced to Bria.

The process has not always been seamless, and I find it a little cumbersome to keep track of calls this way. I would prefer a single-product approach. There were often issues related to being logged out, which made it easy to miss calls. Bria as a stand-alone product might offer a different experience, but working in conjunction with my VOIP provided, it was not a good solution.

**What do you dislike about Bria?**

I experienced call quality issues and frequent issues with connecting or maintaining my "logged in" status that were very difficult to work around.

**What problems is Bria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bria was used as an integration with my VOIP provider. It provided the interface that allowed me to receive calls on my mobile phone from the VOIP number. It was priced into my VOIP provider's pricing and not separately invoiced to me.

I like that it is VOIP and our sales people can download the app to their cellphones so work lines can still be answered when away from the office

**What do you dislike about Bria?**

There seems to be some reliability issues. We are an insurance brokerage so our folks need to be on the phone a lot. We have quite a few reports of sound issues and calls dropping.  The app also just generally goes down a few times per month

**What problems is Bria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A VOIP system that can be accessed by all users both at the office and on their cellphones. It keeps all of our offices connected all across the province of Ontario

**What do you like best about Bria?**

Easy to setup and doesn't require a big clunky phone on my desk.  Instead, I can use a small sleek one-ear modern looking headset and use my computer (Bria) to dial and receive calls.  Love it and my office looks cleaner and less cluttered.  It's also nice to see caller ID pop-up on my computer screen when a call comes in.

**What do you dislike about Bria?**

The only downside is that if my computer is off, then Bria can't log calls.  In order for it to show me call history (missed or answered), my computer/Bria has to be on 24/7.

**What problems is Bria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less expensive and cleaner look than VOIP phones.  Easy to use (I like dialing phone numbers using my keyboard's number pad section).  It's also nice to be able to copy and paste phone numbers into Bria as well.

I like the convenience, and the integration with multiple platforms and devices. I can use it on my work computer, my phone, and connect to everyone in the company likewise

I dislike that it can be difficult to shut off Bria. While I like the ease of access with my coworkers, I wish that it were more intuitive to turn off notifications when I'm not working.

Learn the ins and outs of the program. It has more features and power than I'm certain I know how to use

**What problems is Bria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the ever present problem of communication. I can instantly talk to any of my coworkers at any store, or at the very least check their activity. It integrates well with other apps.

I like that I'm able to connect to work and highlight numbers on my computer and press a shortcut key to dial. It makes my life easier and creates one less item I need on my desk (physical phone).

That contacts don't sync
Outlook doesn't auto-sync
All numbers on my computer aren't clickable and I need to use the highlight and shortcut key method

Being able to call from my computer and not have to look at a number and type it manually on a physical desk phone.

Some fumbling with the audio options when using a bluetooth headset on a laptop. Recently it started forcing two extensions per user in the setup process.

Try it out. It is very easy.

**What problems is Bria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easy to use one device for work offsite and simple voip endpoint provisioning. A computer with a VPN active is all that is needed for our offsite employees. IT is very easy for the end users to create their login and install the software so they don't need more assistance and they do not need more hardware to get to work.
Several times I have used Bria Teams to replace a physical voip device that was not working. Each time the end user did not want the physical device replaced, preferring to remain using Bria Teams.

The ease of configuring the softphone helps a lot.

what I don't like is that licensing is by extension

The biggest problem was to perform the configuration on cell phones and/or desktops one by one, but with the option to configure it via the web, it's very much everything.

We were never able to get it to work on chrome OS despite its availability on that platform.

It's Cloud, SaaS, web-based deployment is top-notch. Its knowledge base is absolutely unbeatable. There's none like it.

It does not provide support for Linux. I am hoping this gets taken care of in the future.

It has been more stable over the last year. I have had no issues with connections while on calls or updates reverting the settings.

Sometimes typing the number in the call field is a little delayed.

Easy to setup, reliable, features work.

We were a small business with a VOIP system with physical phones. We then moved into a new location and were looking for a reliable softphone that worked on desktop and iphones. We tried about 4/5 other solutions first before Bria. Bria was the first one we felt was truly reliable and finally meant we could ditch the physical phones.

**What do you dislike about Bria?**

Not too much. The UI is a little dated and a bit of training to show staff to get the most of it.

**What problems is Bria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were a small business with a VOIP system with physical phones. We then moved into a new location and were looking for a reliable softphone that worked on desktop and iphones. We tried about 4/5 other solutions first before Bria. Bria was the first one we felt was truly reliable and finally meant we could ditch the physical phones.

We know have a distributed team with a fully reliable phone solution. We had it setup in 2019 so when 2020 happened, it gave us great flexibility to WFH or anywhere.

**What do you like best about Bria?**

I like its PUSH service and battery life, simple ui  and stability. It registers and holds PUSH registration stable. Also voice quality is good.

**What do you dislike about Bria?**

Unable to completely turn off some features. Inconvenient call history module. Unable to do full remote provisioning with passwords. We need some API to provision our customers with full SIP accounts without need to specify account details in Teams web UI. Also now it requires to manually track fired and suspended users without integration with our internal systems.

**What problems is Bria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using it with our SBC to allow remote workers to call and receive calls. Also we use remote provisioning not to provision every phone with SIP passwords so we get increased security.

**What do you like best about Bria?**

I love that I have a soft phone app directly on my phone that helps me stay connected with clients so easily! Plus, it integrates so that when I click on a contact I can call out using BRIA or my regular cell service. Having the capability to use BRIA for phone contacts enables me to shield my personal information.

**What do you dislike about Bria?**

Sometimes incoming calls to the softphone app won't work if my phone is locked. Thankfully, support was able to help me update the settings on my phone to make it more functional.

**What problems is Bria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm staying in touch with my clients on the go without having to give out my personal cell number. Privacy is very important to me. BRIA enables me to keep in touch and keep my personal info private.

Absolutely take the time and do a live trial of Bria. It's easy to get started and a high end product worth consideration.

Bria has helped us solve remote work issues due to Covid-19. Previously we only had physical desk phones and scrambled to a solution to enable working remotely. Bria was easy and I don't regret the decision at all.

Setup was a bit tricky and I get too many emails from customer support checking to see if i need assistance or want to upgrade.

You may need help with setup, but once installed it is very easy to use. Even the free version is useful.

I like the screen sharing the best. All my team works from their homes so having screen sharing is the best when something needs to be addressed

only issue I had were the group messages but that has been corrected now

**What do you like best about Bria?**

Xlite is an application mainly for computers, it is great for making internet calls, as it has the reliability of a mobile phone, it doesn't have the key issues that cell phones have, and that's because they don't have a signal, because unless you have a bad internet signal this won't be an impediment to using this tool, it's widely compatible with devices like Windows XP 7 or 8 and, of course, with Mac OS X. You just have to enter the number and it will be like having a real-time mobile conversation. Of course you need hearing aids and microphones.

**What do you dislike about Bria?**

The application once activated depending on the speed of our machine is normally a little sluggish, but this hasn't bothered at all since the start of the program

**Recommendations to others considering Bria:**

I use it in my work because I have international clients and I must constantly keep in touch with them. Excellent for call centers where you make big calls, because there is no regular cap for calls, and you can make all the calls you need in the day.

**What problems is Bria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I typically communicate with relatives and customers abroad and pay international calls, at least it will be a major income so essentially what I do is communicate via this application and thus avoid such high costs of international calls, personally, I don't have hearing aids, so I tell you from my own experience that if you have a microphone and horns, you can enjoy this tool without limitations.

The layout of the desktop app is very minimal and easy to navigate. And from an admin perspective its easy to setup the users on the back end and just share the team with them.

**What do you dislike about Bria?**

The mobile app does not work well with your notifications. We use a phone queue so the mobile version is not as reliable. We use the desktop app.

**What problems is Bria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to have a physical phone with you. This year we all had to go remote very quickly so this was helpful to make that transition.

Lack of French tutorials, it would be good to have French tutorials. It would be good to have our invoices in CAD currency.

I have had problems with my AirPods, however the issue is still ongoing.

nothing that I dislike, everything works wonderfully.

Clean interface and easy to use. Seems to be reliable.

**What do you dislike about Bria?**

It's not compatible with some sms services. I use a white label voip solution for my clients and I can't integrate sms currently. 

It's a little pricey too.

Watch out for sms integration if you is it

I was using ReachUC offered by my white label voip provider. It is riddled with reliability and stability issues. But Bria has solved those problems

It is updated frequently, receiving corrections constantly.
Allows you to redirect incoming calls.

The license control page is very bad, as it does not allow you to delete history of computers that once used a certain license. This makes it messy when it comes to consulting the licenses in use, and those that are not being used.
It could have filters to assist in the search.

The thing I like the best about xlite is that it is a great program to use when I am working from home or anywhere out of the office, because I am still able to log in and take and make calls to my customers. The upside is you could put it right on your own laptop or computer for use anywhere you are working from. Most helpful that you could call in to office extensions and receive messages from coworkers

There really isn't anything I dislike about the program. Once you learn how to use and navigate around it is great.

Definitely give it a try. it is a great program to use in or out of the office

The benefits that it provides to me is that I have it loaded on my personal laptop and have a headset at home and allows me to work from home while still taking inbound calls and making outbound calls. It works great when you don't have a company phone but is also great because allows your calls to still be tracked and monitored.

With our specific phone system the programming on how it handled hold music was not compatible so whenever we put someone on hold they just got dead air.

I work remotely for the company I am employed with and there have been many issues with audio dialing directly through the CRM. I recently added Xlite to my computer and it has cured all audio issues. It's a phenomenal system and the calls are very clear.

I've had to log into the system every time I am not logged in for work and there probably is a way to stay logged in just havent figured it out yet.

Please consider this may help your company with issues that are audio related

I am solving all audio issues with Xlite. I can hear my customers more clearly.

This product has a great layout and interface. There is a call log so that you can see recent calls with a timestamp. All you need to do is plug a headset into your computer and you can make and receive calls with ease. There are the typical hold, mute, transfer, and conference functions which make it as effective (if not moreso) than a physical phone.

**What do you dislike about Bria?**

There are sometimes issues with volume. You definitely want to have a good quality headset to minimize these occurences.

This is great if you are looking for a soft phone that has quality service at a decent price.

Bria allows me to make and receive calls at the click of a button. I can monitor the call status on my computer as well as the call log.

What I really enjoyed about this software is the ability to simply make phones calls straight from my computer screen. It is awesome to know that you can contact those you need to wherever you are.

Sometimes this softphone runs a little slowly. Maybe that is my own internet connection, I have just noticed that sometimes my call will cut in and out, whether that is a video call or a phone call

Just make sure you take your time to understand this program before you start making phone calls. You do not want to be unprepared while you are in the middle of a call with someone important.

I have really benefited from the ability to simply communicate from my computer. I am not always next to my work phone, or even my cell phone, so it has been really helpful to make calls and communicate from my computer.

**What do you like best about Bria?**

Give it a try, i can swear there' s no other product that is such as useful as x-lite and it' s very easy to implement and set up on final users.  There' s no need for a physical desk phone, you can use it with headphones or any audio device you have. Don' t worry if you have low band with it still works.No matter if i 'm traveling across the world or sharing my mobile web access, x-lite is the best option i 've met. Bandwidth usage is incredibly low and voice quality is the best. I feel like i 'm sitting at my desk in my office. No long-distance call charges and i 'm missing a single call. . Been a user since 2010 and have no complaints about. You won' t regret

Maybe contacs should be backed up in a cloud storage i dont know if already does it

I like how quick it is to download and how simple it is to use. this has got to be one of the most used softwares that I have for work. I could not do my job without this software. I work from home and so I just had a soft tutorial with all the software we use by video chat and I have no issues navigating this. This is one of the best viOP softwates I have used. Much better than X-Lite and some of the others. Does not freeze up near as bad most do or cut out during calls which is fantastic.

I will say this program freezes up about every other day or so which sucks. there is a few kinks and bugs with it which I hope they will fix soon.

make sure you always check for updates with this program otherwise it will start to lag.

HuBria is very advance for normal people who are not much more aware of softphone app.who dont know how to register with any pbx.Bria should provide user manual for it or provide one time free support. Bria is bit costly,there are many softphone available in the market which are free of cost.Bria dont provide free trial for single user.

Bria should provide integration with traditional telephony platform like traditional prepaid and postpaid systems.Bria should provide solution in less cost.

Drawback of tradition telephony system was its cost.company which is having 1000+ employee can not use normal telephony service .otherwise they have to take multiple connection and cost will be huge.Bria solves this purpose.you can configure one pbx server &take sip trunk line and register bria from all systems.its very cost effective solution for the big organization.companies can do there meeting in Bria.screenshare feature of Bria saves operation time,very useful for customer support.Bria support multiple audio video codecs so it work on even poor network quality.

I really liked being able to hire a salesperson and allow them to use their own cell to take company calls. Not only did this save me money, it was easier for them to have just one phone to carry around the floor with them. Additionally, this gave them a record on their phone of people they'd spoken to during the day so they could follow up at home if necessary.

**What do you dislike about Bria?**

Bria is still perfecting their product. We had trouble with the calls dropping when salespeople walked outside or moved between wireless access points.

**Recommendations to others considering Bria:**

There's a good deal of setup required and software updates can mess with your Bria settings and require you to go through them again to see what changed. Users should be at least a little tech savvy or you need to have a Bria Administrator on hand to keep things working.

**What problems is Bria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can call a customer from my mobile, anywhere I have service, and it looks to them like I'm calling from my office. I do not have to dial long strings of code to prevent them from learning my personal number, and when they return my call, they get the receptionist at the main office.

Voicemail functionality is a little behind the times; it would be better if they emailed you when there was a voicemail and you were able to delete from there.

Good basic soft phone but I'm not sure if they have any more advanced features since my use case is fairly limited.

I hate using a hard phone so having a soft phone to clear up desk space is so helpful.
