Overall it does exactly what it was intended for **What do you dislike about Arcade?** I'm pretty happy with it - I don't think I have any issues with Arcade. **What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted an engaging way for our staff to interact with each other between multiple locations. This forum allowed for that and also tied the contests/games to our company's objectives which is a real plus! We also found that our culture-champions used this forum to uplift their colleagues across the country and were able to share that skill-set outside of their own store which was a real positive. ### 4. Rearrange and present most important games to employees. Better game dashboard and maybe tailor by employee title or by district based on KPIs for that rep. **What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?** we are able to incentivize and reward immediately and take action on a KPI ahead of time rather than waiting til end of month. making games is fast and easy, Several KPIs like driving android phones sales increased tremendsouly,. ### 6. We also use the platform to spiff devices for instant payouts which keep the employee engaged. ### 8. And this keeps the employees engaged when it comes to sales **What do you dislike about Arcade?** The app is slow on mobile and very limited on things you can do. You can not reply on your chats. Slow takes time to load. And can not add calendar reminders like GroupMe would **What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?** For now I don't see no benefit as is new I will need a 3 month to see more ### 9. It's not bogged down with ads and other annoying features. And cashing in rewards is quick and easy. You get your claimed rewards sent right to you. I love that you can see the leader boards for the events so you know where you stand on the todumpole. You can also track your preformance stats where ever you are if you have no access to a work computer too which is nice to have available. **What do you dislike about Arcade?** I would like it if you can comment with videos/ pictures on posts but otherwise, I don't have many complaints. I do wish the app would open on the profile and not into chats when I open it every time. Also do wish on the games it would show exactly what the prizes were not just the requirements for the prizes. **Recommendations to others considering Arcade:** Yes **What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Due to Arcade we have all employees store locations, and contact numbers if they need to be reached. We also have a way to directly reach out to them by chat if you do not feel comfortable calling or have the ability to call them directly. Also nice way to remind people of sales dates coming up so everyone remembers or donation events coming up where everyone can see it. I also love that you can directly recognize someone for their great work and everyone else can see the recognition.
