Basic inbox management capabilities. The customer service is speedy and helpful, too. Good price! Agorapulse is a good deal and gets the job done, but definitely isn't the most cutting-edge social media management software out there. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** it takes a while to get the latest features like reel-posting capabilities or different photo crops (16:9 for Instagram, for instance). Sometimes post publishing fails without explanation--maybe my internet?--and I don't get notified about it in time. Oftentimes, the LinkedIn listening tool simply doesn't work for some reason. The user interface also isn't the easiest or most user-friendly to navigate. It'd be nice to have the capability to go directly to a facebook user's profile to scope them out or send them a message. The inbox management tool gets the job done but could be more well-thought-out or powerful in terms of managing messages--like flagging things, even being able to search within the inbox, or see your latest reply in the thread at a glance without having to open the message. The data management insights tools could also be a lot more robust and user-friendly. On our side, having all the calendars in a simple overview dashboard with all the tools that we need to make posts across all major platforms Their highly responsive support team that I feel matches our own in how we place customer satisfaction and support as one of our top priorities as a business is a refreshing and comforting feeling given how this space is filled with people trying to close the ticket ASAP for their own performance, at the sacrifice of actually solving the problem or providing a meaningful support experience. Agorapulse cares which alone is worth our business **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** Their speed at adopting some of the quick risers in the social media industry (namely their lack of TikTok support as of writing this review) is a bit frustrating given the pace the industry moves at and the need to stay ahead to make sure we can match that same speed. Their notification functions for clients also leave a bit to be desired. Because of the iterative process of social media for some of our clients, anytime an edit is made and sent back to a client on the platform, they are not immediately notified of the change. We have to regularly share the link to access their calendar manually which does become tedious. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agorapulse is helping us streamline our processes on how we post, moderate, and work with clients for social media. Plus, having our own team members be able to have specific roles to handle different jobs and not needing to worry about interacting with elements they don't need to is a huge bonus since we don't waste time needing to worry about unnecessary feature bloat. ### 25. They are always responsive usually within a few minutes to one hour. The reporting metrics, especially on engagement and post times for each channel are a nice feature as well. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** There are quite a few limitations on the scheduling of posts. You can't decide whether or not you want a stand alone image and url without the url being automatically linked to the image thumbnail. There are no utm presets for ease. You also can't easily draft out posts (the queue feature is not suitable in my opinion). I also find glitches with timing of posts and the preview screen compared to what actually posts on each channel. **Recommendations to others considering Agorapulse:** If you are strictly focused on using AP as a scheduling tool i would not recommend. However if you are looking for a comparable tool to Hootsuite for the price point AP may be a good choice for you, especially since they have features that Hootsuite does not offer. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team and I use it to schedule posts across our association and multiple subsidiaries.
