I've been using it for around three years, and the only 'dislike' I've ever had, is minor. The integration with Canva is a plus too, however, have recently had problems posting. Direct messages are coming in from IG now more consistently. This has helped us stay on top of communications with our followers. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** I'm still hoping for better functionalities on the mobile app, especially when I'm away from my computer and need to do things remotely on my phone. I love it's scheduling capabilities, the awesome reporting, and the fact that you can put posts up as a review before posting it. I am a freelancer working for a small agency, and Agorapulse makes it so easy to schedule out a ton of content and share it with the agency owner before it goes live. The reporting is amazing, too - it can be tough to find a non-native reporting tool, but Agorapulse is accurate and simple to use. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** There isn't much I don't like about the tool. It has made my life so much more simple and there are options that I didn't even know I needed/wanted until I had them. One example includes your ability to group certain types of content and actually view all the data on them. Really helps you to know if that kind of content is working for your audience! Oh and customer service is amazing. One of my team members is in her 50s and loved the complete and thorough job they did of walking her through a problem -- as well as prompt service and replies. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** The only thing I wish I could do was change the timing each post on each channel. I can schedule the same post for the same day and time, but I would like to be able to mix up those options. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time. It's also helped us organize multiple affiliate channels and track comments. As a novice user on some social media platforms, it makes me more confident to post because Agorapulse is easy to use. It's anything you want from a social monitoring tool, even Though I'm embarrassed that I didn't discover it sooner. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** It's a bit inconvenient not to be free to share videos via Instagram. However, I believe this is coming soon! Additionally, there is a tiny lag in examining items once they are checked, well if we're talking picky, the capability to check numerous items for assessment at the exact moment, e.g., a thread of comments amongst colleagues on a posting, might be fantastic. In the larger scheme of things, these are all trivial matters. **Recommendations to others considering Agorapulse:** If you're already considering Agorapulse, give it a try. Instagram already decreases image quality, and this seems to reduce it more on some photos (not all). I recommend that they improve on their image capture so you can still share high-quality images with your followers. **Recommendations to others considering Agorapulse:** I highly recommend this platform for a small marketing/social teams to collaborate on posts/copy for their social channels, social listening, social metrics, and responding to customer comments across multiple social media channels all in one place. It's easy to use, has good UI/UX, and relatively inexpensive. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agorapulse solves the issue of manually posting content as you can schedule all your content ahead of time and choose what time you'd like the posts to go live. You can also set up the platform to listen and follow your branded hashtags to see what the community says about your brand/product and make changes accordingly. There is also reporting available so you can see exactly how your content and social channels are performing. Agorapulse does not edit or change the size, resolution or any quality of the image(s) or video(s) uploaded for publishing by users. If there is a decrease in quality of an image/video file, it can be due to the API service during the uploading process (when we send the file to the social network API) - at this step, there can be changes related to the file compression, for example, but we have no power or impact over this. I love that all the organic AND ad comments come into Agorapulse and that it's nearly immediate. It's so helpful that it's organized by individual comment vs by the post the comment was on like it is in Facebook Business Manager. I also like that you can click into the customer and see their other comments on that page and how they were handled by our Team. Lastly, I like that you can have comments auto-hid according to keywords that they contain. There are many, many things I love about Agorapulse, but those are my top choices. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** I do find that sometimes it seems like I'm working more quickly than the system is and it's a little bit laggy, but this is negligible because of how much AP offers. I also think it would be extremely beneficial if the PM reply box under a comment was a different color than gray as my team will sometimes send a PM as a comment since the color is so similar. Whenever I do experience a glitch of some kind and contact support, their support team is very helpful but I do find that the help box is too small and it would be easier to read those messages if it was possible to expand. They also continuously check in on me if I don't message them back right away which I don't find necessary. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team is much more organized and efficient! I'm also much more able to track issues and create reports. Too often I receive emails about an error that is causing something not to post or a "token" expiring so I have to log back into a certain social platform. Posting for multiple businesses in one platform and the ability to schedule in advance is key. Each account is scheduled for posts on different social media platforms, the calendar is clear and easy to use. It's helpful to see the inbox and interactions and to comment, like or respond to the accounts directly from Agorapulse. Updating, changing dates or times of posts is done flawlessly and even someone with little knowledge of the program can use it. The listening feature for when accounts are tagged or mentioned is a great tool too. What has come in very handy is the ability to see the reports on each account managed. The ability to change the comparison period, see the overview of followers, engagement, impressions and brand awareness has helped our clients as well as helped us with what posts work the best. Our clients enjoy receiving a monthly report, it's easy to export directly from Agorapulse and is emailed to us to review with the client. I'm currently using Agora for 31 accounts, on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube for many different businesses, from a dental office to construction company, realtors and restaurants. It's a great platform for all businesses that have social media accounts. The ability to edit photos, change sizes for different social media platforms and post multiple photos, tag other accounts and create hashtag groups is one of the best time saving features, this is incredibly helpful when posting for multiple linked accounts at once. Other features that are helpful with Agorapulse are the ability to add a link to the post, upload video as well as adding fun emoji's if they're appropriate. One final upside of using Agorapulse is that it has an app, so if ever I need to post something immediately and I am not near my computer, I can quickly access my accounts via my iPhone and either schedule or publish something immediately on any of the accounts I manage. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** The only downfall I have found is that only one image can be posted to Instagram when scheduled through Agorapulse, and posts cannot be edited once they've published. **Recommendations to others considering Agorapulse:** You will love the ease of scheduling, tagging, using hashtags and creating posts on multiple platforms for many different accounts. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Posting to multiple accounts requires organization. And the collaborative aspect has been a feature that no other platform I've used has done as well (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer). The response time from a click to that corresponding action with the platform can take 10 seconds or more to register within the system. This saves a LOT of time. - Answering messages and comments from customers. All in a central place, so very easy to manage. - Reporting for some clients, even though having ad spend in them would be even better. Training and support are especially important, and so far, Agorapulse community managers have always been very responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** The RSS feeds are limited to bulk upload. I would prefer the option to live monitor a feed or to get suggested content based on my choices. I would improve the app integration within OS and Android to facilitate the sharing of content for other sources. **Recommendations to others considering Agorapulse:** Take advantage of your trial, ask questions to the Agorapulse team. That way I'm less likely to schedule on the wrong dates. But there are so many other features too. The reporting is helpful and easier to navigate than the stuff you find on the social media platforms. The monitoring is so helpful, it's surprising how many people share content from my website without tagging me, with the monitoring I can still find those mentions and build relationships. Plus, It's easy to skip from one social account to the next. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** If you manage a lot of accounts it's more expensive than some of the alternatives but it also has a lot more to offer. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm less likely to miss-schedule updates. The calader is great as well. I like the listening feature as well reports are really great to see **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** Formatting and editing Instagram photos are somewhat tricky. Most of the time I am posting high-end large photos to both facebook and insta at the same time, and I understand that I have to crop to meet Instagrams requirements, but I'd like to be able to crop the photo ONLY for instagram without having to do one post for instagram and one post for facebook Basically, if I crop a photo in agora pulse its because insta is making me, I do not want that photo cropped for facebook or twitter. So if I end up cropping something it crops for all three (facebook, insta, and twitter) I'd rather it just crop for insta. (I hope that makes sense). Not being able to crop videos to fit for instagram is quite annoying. I have to set reminders to post from my phone which defeats the purpose of agorapulse Also, we do product drops and annouce them on insta and facebook. More than a couple times, my scheduled posts from agora pulse were not posted on time. In a couple of cases, 30 mins from the timed schedule had passed and things still were not posted. This was a HUGE deal for us. Now I have it on my checklist to make sure agorapulse actually worked during our drops. That one is Agorapulse. They asked only a few questions and understood quickly the importance of moving fast to end the pandemic and stop the spread. We are posting through Agorapulse right now. I don't even what to describe the experience I had with the competitor software teams. For features: I am satisfied with the app and in many ways, it excels and outperforms the other dozen apps I tried. I have not found anything that other apps do better than Agorapulse.
