## About 9forty5
9forty5 is time and attendance software for tracking hours and managing payroll for hourly teams. Employees clock in via web or mobile, and the system calculates regular, overtime, and double-time hours based on state labor laws. It integrates time tracking, scheduling, time-off management, and payroll export into one platform. Managers approve time cards, create schedules, and plan shifts with unpaid breaks. Employees submit leave requests through mobile devices, which update time cards and schedules automatically. Location-based clock-ins capture geographic coordinates, with options to flag or restrict punches outside designated sites. Multi-site functionality supports unique schedules, pay periods, and geofence settings for each location. The software exports hours to payroll providers like Gusto, QuickBooks, ADP, and Paychex. Reporting tools include overtime watchlists, variance reports, and site comparisons, with daily briefs and pay-period summaries generated from punch data.
