We have successfully replaced our legacy system and migrated around 30,000 files – including extensive metadata and multilingual references (a master document with up to 23 translations). Thanks to 4ALLPORTAL, all content is now instantly searchable at the push of a button. Additionally, we have implemented lifecycle and collaboration workflows that have made our processes significantly more efficient.
