What do you like best about 4ALLPORTAL?

4ALLPORTAL impresses as a powerful PIM and DAM solution for companies with complex product data and a large number of assets. The user interface is functional, but appears rather technical and requires some familiarization. Particularly noteworthy are the integrations (e.g., with ERP, shops, and CMS) as well as the good scalability, making the system very suitable for multichannel strategies. Performance and automation are overall at a high level, but in practice, they depend heavily on the specific implementation. In terms of pricing, 4ALLPORTAL is in the higher segment, but it offers clear added value through efficiency gains and centralized data management. We take the points about the UI and onboarding seriously. Our system is deliberately designed to be flexible. This brings depth, but also requires effort to get acquainted with it. We are continuously working on making user guidance more intuitive and reducing dependencies.
