It's user-friendly, has a good number of features on MAP, VoC, and DSA, and worked well for our brand. **What do you dislike about 42Signals?** We were interested in VoC and the tool met our needs. Although better insights with the integration of generative AI would be huge plus. **What problems is 42Signals solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to understand how our customers felt about our product and VoC helped with with that. ### 3.
