What do you like best about 247HRM?

I like the customer service from Joshap Medisetti. The responses are very prompt, with immediate follow-up when I need help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 247HRM?

Puja from the sales team closed the deal with us. There were delays in implementation from both sides, but despite the delays on their end, we were asked to pay 3000 INR for a data change. This was communicated to us by Priya from the implementation team.

Priya also told me there would be only one demo for the HR team and none for employees, which I genuinely don’t understand. It makes no sense to me. Throughout the process, they behaved as if I owned the software and had to keep pushing just to get basic support. I also had to repeatedly request a waiver for the 3000 INR charge.

I’m left wondering what the sales team is doing. Why is Puja not involved and instead having unrelated teams like implementation and support communicate with us? It feels like she is more focused on meeting her sales targets than on service. She verbally promised a one-month grace period due to the implementation delay, but even after three months, it still hasn’t been applied. As a result, we are effectively paying for 11 months of usage at the rate of 12 months.

Even now, Puja is nowhere in the picture. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. Where in the world would only one demo be enough? Priya from the implementation team also said that Puja decides how many demos will be given. Such an idiotic company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
