we are having issues integrating the staff from the schedule to Toast. Toast tries to fix it. 7shifts right away says that they are a third party. But we are paying 7shifts too for that service. I wonder why 7shifts does not even try to get involved.

I never was able to log into Sling without resetting my password. No matter if I wrote the password down after I changed it, I never could get it right.

What can we do to make sure the automated side of R365 is current and accurately reporting our restaurant numbers?

Would make scheduling much easier. This is the biggest thing that bugs me as the staffing coordinator. Every month or so I have to go back and check ALL the repeating shifts to make sure non "disappear" after the year of repeating. It's very tasky and annoying. Thanks!
