Seamless Plug-and-Play Support, but Omnichannel Disconnects at Times

It has allowed me to provide better customer support and was implemented easily. It really was a seamless plug and play operation. I am better informed of customer issues and am able to answer questions much quicker.

Easy to Set Up, Easy to Learn—Great for Team Organization

I like the easy to use platform as well as the organization between coworkers and projects. The platform was a breeze to set up and the training to learn the platform was well explained again making it easy for the team to get the hang of it!
