I think the last time I had a job on the platform, you guys increased the rate, which kind of impacted me somehow. Maybe you should increase the rates to the companies so it won't affect us that much. I understand Work for Impact needs to get the rate because you're giving us the opportunities, but you should let the older side know they should improve or pay more to the people. I find Work for Impact to be a good platform with many job options listed. I like the clean UI and how easy it is to navigate. The active and friendly community is a big plus, with many users helping each other. I also appreciate their 'App & Tools' options, which provide tons of hints for the most useful tools in the market for independent contractors. They pay very well per hour, generally from 11 dollars per hour onwards, which is better compared to other platforms. Additionally, it helps me prepare for interviews and secure positions. There was an update to the tracker where if there's no input, it asks if you're still working, and if you don't notice, time tracking will stop. This is counterintuitive and bothersome during meetings or when watching recordings of meetings. Additionally, the lack of payout options in the Philippines is a significant issue.
