It just works.
It does what I need with PDF documents—create, edit, combine/remove/add pages.
Print to PDF. Connects and attaches the PDF file straight to Outlook for emailing.

The way you do certain things has, in the past, been sometimes less intuitive than it could be, but this has certainly improved over time. I use PDF Architect mainly for editing and organizing documents at work, like combining files, making quick edits, and converting PDFs into Word and Excel. It solves the problem of working with static PDFs by allowing me to convert files into editable formats effortlessly. I like how easy it is to use while still offering powerful features. I like how easy it is to add and reorder pages in PDF Architect and the variety of markup options available. It allows us to easily maintain running documents with up-to-date information in our accounting firm, which is really helpful. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.
