It's a really smart bit of kit and for the price point it really cant be beaten.
I will say the support from the Kiflo team has been incredible. I messaged about help at 6pm on a Friday night not expecting anything until after the weekend and I had the customer success team and founder of Kiflo email me and had it fixed by 6:30 pm.
Implementation was routine the helpful videos created by Kiflo make this easy. I would however suggest as a team you map out requirement in line with features and functions before tackling implementation to make it as smooth as possible.
I use the software every day and I find it was easy to use, although I forget when certain buttons live but thats a me problem not a Kiflo problem.
We are yet to integrate to Salesforce or Hubspot but will be exploring this in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some limited pieces of functionality that the bigger boys do have but most of are nice to have rather than real hard requirements, when Ive raised some of these with the tech team most my suggestions have been added to the roadmap which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
