I like that Cornerstone Learning is efficiently designed and very user-friendly. It's integrated well with our core HR system, which helps in reminding employees to finish required trainings and keeps their managers up to date on progress. The data integrations are often and smooth, allowing updated information like manager reporting relationships and job changes to settle into Cornerstone quickly, providing the correct required trainings.
