Hey everyone, I’ve been working with HR and People Ops teams to evaluate the best tools for measuring and tracking employee satisfaction, especially those that go beyond basic surveys and deliver actionable insights. Drawing on market insights and G2’s Employee Experience category, here are some of the top platforms doing this especially well, based on my initial impressions.

Has anyone else used these tools in their organization? Curious how well they actually help in improving engagement and retention.

For those who’ve used these tools, what truly made a difference? Was it better survey design, increased participation, stronger manager accountability, or acting quickly on feedback? Trying to understand what really drives impact versus just collecting more data.
