Sometimes the screen recording in the browser gets a little weird. I was referencing an Iorad to create a new Iorad and because I was using Chrome for both, even though they were separate windows, I had to delete a ton of pages because it didn't know what to read. So sometimes it just creates a lot of duplications and captures a lot, but I'd rather have it capture more than not enough. But sometimes it's a little tricky in the browser. The options for AI voiceover are great because I can create a 30-step walkthrough with full voiceover in just 20-30 minutes and have it embedded in multiple locations, making the process extremely efficient. The creation aspect is straightforward since I can edit and remove slides quickly, and adding slides is simple too. I find the embedding capabilities using the iframe code super convenient for incorporating iorad into our knowledge base and academy with just a copy and paste. Sometimes we use words or phrases that the AI doesn't know, and I have to go manually change them before generating the audio. It would be nice to be able to create a dictionary of words and pronunciations to utilize in the text, so I don't have to do as much manipulation of the audio. But even that isn't hard. The only real problems you're going to find with iorad are exactly the same as with other DAP solutions. The problems with these screen recording tools generally come in when we are looking at multilayer and sometimes ring-fenced systems. So, POS and kiosks can sometimes be separated from the main network and require a bit more of a technical approach to capturing the simulations to begin with. I love that iorad lets the user decide how to use the tutorial. They can watch it like a video, listen to it, or even walk through with it as it guides them through the steps. It's hard to go back to settings that I have set for my tutorials when my administration clears my cache. For example, the default gets reset back to a male voice, whereas I prefer to sound like the female that I am. I would like those settings to be set at a user level as my 'default' settings that would follow me, similar to how Google Sync works, so that when I sign in to another device or temporary browser settings get wiped, my defaults don't. With a free account, your tutorials are not private, which can be concerning when sharing things that show personal details. New users might accidentally share something private, and if it popped up a warning, it would be better. With a paid account, I 100% recommend using Iorad.
