Brytebuild

A UK-built MRP system with the quality management system inside it, made for small make-to-order manufacturers. It runs the whole job: multi-level BOMs and MRP, finite-capacity scheduling that will not double-book a machine, purchasing, stock, pick, pack and despatch, and invoicing that posts through to Xero or Sage. Two things the usual shortlist does not have. Your customer checks their own order progress from a link, with no login. And quality is built in rather than bought separately: non-conformances, CAPA, concessions, calibration, document control, internal audit and management review. Every unit can carry a serial number with genealogy running both ways, back to the supplier lot and forward to the customer, plus a public digital product passport for EU ESPR readiness. Priced in pounds from £45 per user per month, minimum two users, with cheaper shop-floor seats for the workshop.

C2W Inventory Management System

C2W Inventory is a platform that combines inventory, sales, purchasing, and reporting all in one place. It updates inventory levels in real-time and works with multiple warehouses. The system includes a barcode scanner feature, which makes managing inventory easier, especially when you're picking, packing, and shipping items. It also has automatic settings to help you reorder items before they run out. The software connects easily with major shipping companies and Shopify, so you can manage orders and shipping directly. This is especially helpful for e-commerce businesses to keep everything running smoothly from sale to delivery. C2W Inventory is designed to be simple and effective, helping businesses manage their inventory better and work more efficiently.

CanShip

CanShip is warehouse and shipping software for Canadian 3PLs and for brands that ship their own orders. It runs the whole floor in one system: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, labels and returns. We run a 3PL in Metro Vancouver. It ran on two US-built tools, one for stock and orders and another for labels, because the first did not connect to most Canadian carriers. Returns lived in an Excel spreadsheet. CanShip is what we built to replace all three, and our own client orders ship through it every day. Stock comes in by scan, on a phone, with lot numbers, expiry dates and damage photos, and is tracked by bin. When a customer checks out on Shopify, the order is in your queue seconds later with stock reserved for it, and CanShip can keep the store's stock count current so it does not sell what is not on the shelf. Pick in batches on a phone. At the packing bench, a scan that is not on the order is refused. You ship on your own carrier accounts: Canada Post, UPS, FleetOptics, UniUni, Stallion Express and the carriers in your ShipStation account. Every order is quoted across all of them, and CanShip adds no fee per label. When an order has a promised delivery date, the rate screen marks each service in time or late and picks the cheapest one that arrives in time. Buying the label marks the order fulfilled in the store and sends the tracking number. For cross-border parcels, the customs forms print from the same declaration. The exceptions are built in. Split a short order and ship what you have. Process returns in the same system, unit by unit, with a reason and photos. If you are a brand shipping your own Shopify orders from one warehouse, the Starter plan is $99 CAD a month for 500 shipments. If you are a 3PL, new or established, the Grow plan is $299 CAD a month for 3,000 shipments, with unlimited clients and warehouses. Route orders between buildings by destination or by store, or send them to a partner 3PL. The Pro plan adds a read-only login for each client, so they can check their own stock, orders and shipments without seeing your carrier rates. Reports filter by client and export to CSV. If your clients' stores connect through Extensiv Integration Manager, CanShip takes orders from it and sends tracking back, so you can move one client at a time. Every plan includes every carrier and a 14-day trial. Prices are published. Hosted in Canada.

CargoEZ

CargoEZ is cloud-based freight forwarding software built for freight forwarders who want to run their entire operation from one system. It brings rate management, quoting, shipment management, documentation, accounting and sales into a single platform, so your team stops jumping between spreadsheets, email threads and legacy tools that don't talk to each other. Most forwarding teams lose hours every week to the same problems. Rates live in someone's inbox. Surcharges get missed on quotes. Shipment details are typed into one system for the booking, again for the house bill, and again for the invoice. Tasks depend on someone remembering them. Managers have no real picture of what's moving, what's stuck and what's still unbilled. CargoEZ was designed around these daily realities of forwarding work. It wasn't adapted from generic logistics or ERP software and then sold to forwarders as an afterthought. WHO CARGOEZ IS FOR CargoEZ is used by small and mid-sized freight forwarders, NVOCCs and logistics companies handling air and ocean freight, imports and exports. It fits three kinds of teams especially well: Growing forwarders that have outgrown spreadsheets and shared inboxes, and need a proper system without a long, expensive implementation. Established forwarders replacing older desktop software that is costly to maintain, hard to learn and difficult to access outside the office. Multi-branch or hybrid teams that need operations, accounts and sales staff working from the same live data, whether they're in the office, at home or in another city. Because CargoEZ runs in the cloud, there are no servers to buy, no software to install and no IT team needed to keep it running. FREIGHT RATE MANAGEMENT Keep every buy rate in one searchable place instead of scattered across emails, PDFs and spreadsheets. Enter an origin and destination airport, add the actual weight, and CargoEZ shows the available airline rates side by side with per-kg pricing, effective dates and expiry dates. Filter results by product type (standard or express), rate type (contract, tariff, promo or spot) and cargo type, including dangerous goods, general cargo and perishables. Applicable fuel, screening and security charges sit right alongside each rate, so your team knows the true landed cost before quoting a customer. Expired rates are hidden by default and can be brought back with one click when you need to check history or compare against last season. The result is faster, more accurate quoting. A new hire can find the right rate as quickly as your most experienced pricing person, because the knowledge lives in the system rather than in someone's head. SURCHARGE MANAGEMENT Set up your surcharges once and use them everywhere. Build a central library of charges such as fuel, terminal handling, trucking, screening, security, packaging, liftgate, flatbed delivery, door delivery, BOE charges, agency fees and destination fees. For each surcharge, define the line item it maps to, a minimum charge, the amount and the unit of measure, such as per kg. When your team builds a quote, the right charges are already there and calculated correctly. Fewer charges get forgotten, minimums get applied properly, and fewer margins get quietly eaten by costs nobody billed for. SHIPMENT AND OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT Create and manage air and ocean shipments, both import and export, from booking to final delivery. Shipment data is entered once and carried through to bookings, house and master documents and billing. That cuts down on retyping and the costly errors that come with it. Every job gets its own file number. Anyone on the team can search a file number and pull up its full history, documents, tasks and charges in a few clicks. When a customer calls asking about a shipment, the answer is in front of you, not buried in someone's sent folder. TASKS, CHECKLISTS AND APPROVALS CargoEZ gives each user a personal activity view with a checklist of open work, such as requesting a sea booking, creating a booking, preparing a bill of lading, checking import documentation or handling import clearance. Each task is tied to a specific shipment file, assigned to a team member and shared with collaborators. Nothing depends on memory or sticky notes, and when someone is out sick, their work is visible to the rest of the team. Approvals have their own queue with a live count, which keeps sign-offs moving instead of sitting unread in an inbox. DOCUMENTATION Generate the documents forwarders handle every day, including house and master air waybills, bills of lading and other shipment paperwork, directly from shipment data. Because the information comes from the job itself, your documents stay consistent with the booking and the invoice. Weights, parties and references match everywhere, which means fewer corrections, fewer amendment fees and fewer awkward calls with carriers and consignees. ACCOUNTING AND BILLING Turn completed shipments into invoices without re-entering charges. The rates and surcharges your team quoted flow through to billing, so what you sell is what you invoice. Track receivables and payables by user and across the business. See what has been billed, what customers still owe you and what you owe carriers and agents. Operations and finance finally work from the same numbers, and month-end stops being a scramble to reconcile two different systems. SALES AND CRM Forwarding is a relationship business, and CargoEZ includes the tools to manage it. Track leads, deals and your full sales funnel inside the same platform your operations team uses every day. Sales staff can see their win rate, deals won and revenue, while also having visibility into the shipments moving for their customers. That makes follow-ups more relevant and account reviews easier, because the commercial and operational picture sits in one place. DASHBOARDS AND VISIBILITY The CargoEZ dashboard puts the health of your business on a single screen. See import and export shipment counts with month-over-month comparisons, a breakdown of shipment status, monthly shipment volumes across the year, and key sales metrics like leads, win rate and revenue. Owners and managers get the visibility they need without waiting for someone to export data and build a report. You can spot a slow month, a backlog of new files or a dip in sales activity while there's still time to act on it. WHY FORWARDERS CHOOSE CARGOEZ Built for forwarding. Every screen uses the language and workflows forwarders already know: HAWBs, MAWBs, bills of lading, buy rates, surcharges and file numbers. There's no need to bend generic software to fit how freight actually moves. Easy to learn. The interface is clean and simple. New staff become productive quickly without weeks of training, and experienced staff spend less time fighting the system. One system instead of five. Rates, quotes, operations, documents, accounts and sales all share the same data. That removes duplicate entry and the mistakes that follow it. Cloud-based and accessible. No servers to maintain and no software to install. Your team can log in securely from the office, from home or from another branch. Flexible pricing. CargoEZ is priced based on the modules you need and the size of your team. Smaller forwarders don't pay for features they won't use, and larger teams can add modules as they grow. Hands-on support. Our team helps with onboarding, data setup and training, and stays available after go-live. You work with people who understand forwarding, not a generic help desk. HOW TEAMS USE CARGOEZ DAY TO DAY A pricing coordinator searches rates for an SFO to BOM air shipment, compares carriers and validity dates, and builds a quote with the correct surcharges already applied. An operations executive opens the morning checklist, sees which bookings and bills of lading are due, and works through them file by file. An accounts team member reviews receivables and payables, raises invoices from completed shipments, and follows up on what's outstanding. A sales manager checks the funnel, sees which deals moved this week, and reviews shipment activity before calling a key customer. A business owner opens the dashboard and gets a clear read on volumes, status and revenue without asking anyone for a report. WHAT CHANGES AFTER YOU SWITCH Quotes go out faster because rates and surcharges are already in the system, not hidden in old emails. Billing gets cleaner because invoices are built from the same shipment data operations already entered. Fewer things slip through the cracks because every task has an owner, a due date and a file attached to it. Training gets easier because new staff learn one system instead of a patchwork of tools and workarounds. Decisions get sharper because owners can see volumes, status and revenue on demand, not weeks later. GETTING STARTED Whether you're moving off spreadsheets or replacing an aging forwarding system, CargoEZ helps your team quote faster, ship with fewer errors and bill on time. Getting started doesn't require a long IT project. Our team will walk you through setup, help bring in your existing data and train your staff. Book a demo to see how CargoEZ fits your operation, using your own lanes, rates and workflows.

Cargosnap

Cargosnap is a material-handling platform where operations teams record physical work in the warehouse and gain insights from each action to improve their operations. It gives 3PLs, freight forwarders, warehouse teams, and manufacturers a structured way to document cargo condition at every handoff point — inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, cross-docking, container inspection, and delivery — replacing informal photo-sharing via WhatsApp and paper checklists with timestamped, geotagged records tied to specific shipments and locations. Every photo, scan, and form entry is stored centrally and linked to a shipment reference, creating a verifiable audit trail that holds when damage claims or disputes arise between parties. > For logistics engineers and operations teams, Cargosnap digitizes inspection workflows without disrupting field operations. Teams use the mobile app to capture photos, complete checklists, scan container numbers, barcodes, seal numbers, and license plates — all from a smartphone. Custom workflows map to existing processes, and the platform integrates with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems via API, so inspection data flows into the systems teams already use. > For quality managers, every inspection is timestamped, geotagged, and stored against a shipment record, giving a consistent, auditable evidence base across locations and shifts. When cargo arrives damaged, the record shows the condition at each prior handoff, making it clear where in the chain the damage occurred and who bears responsibility. Issue Management allows teams to flag damage, discrepancies, or missing items directly within the workflow, with photo evidence attached and escalation routed to the right person. > For operational managers, Cargosnap provides real-time dashboard visibility across all sites and teams. Open issues, inspection completion rates, and cargo condition data are visible in one place, without having to chase updates via chat or email. Shareable reports go directly to customers and partners, removing the back-and-forth that typically follows a damage claim. What teams replace with Cargosnap: WhatsApp groups used for cargo photos, paper inspection sheets, disconnected spreadsheet logs, and email threads for damage escalation. Integrations: WMS, TMS, ERP systems via API. Available on iOS and Android.

CBOS Cloud ERP

CBOS (CentralBOS) is a cloud ERP that unifies every department of a small or midsize distribution business in a single system. Instead of running accounting in one tool, inventory in another, and orders in spreadsheets, CBOS puts financials, inventory, warehouse, order management, purchasing, CRM, eCommerce, and HR/payroll on one real-time platform where a single transaction updates the whole business at once. It's purpose-built for wholesalers, distributors, and retailers who have outgrown QuickBooks but don't want the cost or complexity of enterprise ERP. Its modular design means you start with the applications you need now and add more as you scale, so you get full ERP capability without a large upfront commitment. Key capabilities include general ledger, AP, AR, and billing; multi-location inventory with barcode scanning, lot and serial traceability, and automated replenishment; full order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows; and built-in CRM and payroll. CBOS also incorporates AI, with generative capabilities for reporting and text summarization that turn real-time data into quick, readable insights. Everything runs on AWS for enterprise-grade security and reliability, with web and mobile access. What sets CBOS apart is the support: every customer gets hands-on implementation, training, and ongoing help from a team that understands distribution. The result is real-time visibility into inventory, cash, and orders from a single source of truth that scales with the business.
