What do you like best about CargoEZ?

In my freight forwarding business, I’ve tried many other software solutions, but most of them are too complicated to use on a daily basis. This one is completely different. All of my staff can use it without any struggle, and the migration from my old system was surprisingly smooth. Big applause to the support team they’ve done a really great job. What do you dislike about CargoEZ?

Would love to see more integration options in the future, but the core system works perfectly for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CargoEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?

CargoEZ solved a big problem for us with daily operations. Earlier, we were juggling between multiple tools for quotes, bookings, documents, and customer updates. It was messy and time consuming. With CargoEZ, everything is in one place quoting, tracking, CRM, billing, which makes it much easier for my team to manage.

The biggest benefit is how simple it is for everyone to use. Even my staff who aren’t very tech-savvy got comfortable quickly. It saves us time, reduces mistakes, and makes communication with customers smoother. Plus, the migration from our old system was way easier than I expected, and their support team really guided us step by step Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
