wowpilot

wowpilot is a customer rating platform with a public side and a business side. On the public side, people search for a business and read ratings that were checked before publication; ratings left after an invitation show a Verified purchase label. On the business side, owners claim their page for free and use paid tools to grow it. Invitations can be sent one at a time, imported from a spreadsheet, triggered through an API, or fired automatically after a paid order in common e-commerce and payment platforms. One reminder follows if the customer has not answered, and nothing more is sent. New ratings raise an email alert or a signed webhook, and owners can reply publicly. To use ratings in marketing, businesses choose from 20 widget designs, a live score badge for websites and email signatures, a customer photo gallery and share images for social posts. Ratings already collected elsewhere, including Google, can be imported. The site is available in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian.
