BIM is a general term that covers many aspects of design and construction in the digital age. B.I.M. stands for Building Information Modeling. Autodesk has many BIM applications such as Revit, Navisworks and the Construction Cloud (formerly BIM360). If your desire is to be a BIM Manager, you'll need to be familiar with all of these (plus MS Excel, and any other software packages that your company uses).
