Norquin

Norquin builds AI agents for customs work in Canada, starting with customs and moving to logistics next. The one live today checks Canadian import entries (CADs). It reads the entry and runs nine checks on every line: classification, unit of measure, tariff treatment for the claimed origin, rate, duty arithmetic, value for duty, relief claimed, GST, and anti-dumping measures. Rates come from the official Canadian tariff in force on the entry's date, and every rate cites the tariff line it came from. When the documents cannot prove an answer, the report says so and names the document that would. A person at Norquin signs off before a full report is released. The check works on entries already filed, to find duty and GST paid by mistake, and on entries before they are filed. Norquin does not hold a customs broker licence: any refund is filed by a licensed Canadian customs broker, the brokerage of one of our co-founders. We charge 10% of what comes back, and nothing if nothing is found. Planned, not built: tariff years before 2025, other customs and logistics workflows, and other countries. We are bootstrapped and based in Toronto.
