Norquin builds AI agents for customs work in Canada. Customs comes first; logistics work is next and is planned, not built yet. Today the agents do one job: check Canadian import entries (CADs) line by line against the Customs Tariff in force on the entry's date. Nine checks per line: classification, unit of measure, tariff treatment for the claimed origin, rate, duty arithmetic, value for duty, relief claimed, GST, and anti-dumping measures. Every rate carries the tariff line it came from. When the documents can't prove an answer, the report says so and names the document that would. We check entries before they are filed or after. If duty or GST was paid by mistake, a licensed Canadian customs broker files the refund under its own licence. Norquin holds no broker licence and files nothing itself. The first entry check is free; on a recovery we charge 10% of what comes back, and nothing if nothing is found. We have tested it on three real entries from our co-founder's brokerage. Canada is the only country loaded; other countries are planned. Three co-founders, based in Toronto. One of us is a licensed Canadian customs broker.
