Vigenta OdV is an Italian software product by Aries Tech (Cathedra S.r.l.), built on the Vigenta platform and offered as a dedicated, independently purchasable solution for supervisory bodies. It supports recurring collection and AI-assisted pre-analysis of evidence and information flows. For each area of the oversight plan, teams define contacts, required evidence and reporting frequency. Business contacts upload evidence through a link without creating an account. AI proposes data linked to the source evidence and flags missing information and changes from the previous period. An appointed member reviews, approves or requests additional information. Recurring workflows include reminders and follow-ups. Separate contexts support multiple appointments and supervisory bodies. The software prepares drafts of periodic reports to the administrative body, meeting minutes and issue reports. Supervisory-body members retain responsibility for reviewing and validating documents and for all assessments and decisions.
