Mattering Productivity

Mattering Productivity is a project management application for organizing and tracking team work. Work is structured into spaces, which contain folders, which contain projects. Each project is a canvas made up of widgets, and a project can have multiple canvas tabs to present different views of the same work. Fourteen widget types can be added to a project canvas: tasks, project habits, to-do lists, a knowledge base, documents, files, screen recordings, a video gallery, a whiteboard, a timetable, images, embedded web pages, action buttons, and connectors. The connector widget displays live data from third-party services including Notion, GitHub and Airtable. The tasks widget supports list, kanban and gantt views, with subtasks, assignees, statuses, tags and task templates. The free plan covers up to 5 members, one space, three projects, unlimited tasks and documents, three active goals, five recordings and 500 MB of storage. The Pro plan is $12 per seat per month and removes those limits, adding recurring tasks, custom fields, custom statuses, multi-project dashboards, teams, 100 GB of storage, 90 day version history and an audit log. Productivity provides a public API, webhooks and an MCP server. The MCP server allows AI clients such as Claude to create tasks, update statuses, write documents and read project context. The application runs on the Mattering platform and shares one login and one organization member directory with other Mattering apps. Automation workflows can be triggered by events in Productivity without configuring API credentials. Paid plans include Matter AI credits and automation runs for each seat, and include access to the platform's Bonus apps.

How it works

Melororium

Melororium is a team workspace for agencies and small companies of 4 to 25 people. It combines task management, time tracking, client CRM, and invoicing in one platform, replacing the four or five separate subscriptions most small teams run today. Core features include Kanban and list views for tasks and subtasks, time tracking tied directly to projects and billable hours, a client CRM with payment history, and an invoice generator that turns logged hours into a PDF with payment status tracking (sent, viewed, paid, overdue). Budget Guardian warns a team at 80% of a project budget instead of at invoice time. Project Alerts flag bottlenecks, deadline risk, and overdue tasks through Slack, email, or an in-app inbox. For client-facing work, Proposals convert to a live project the moment a client accepts through a public link, and a read-only Public Status Page lets clients check progress without logging in. Melororium runs on flat-fee pricing: one price covers the whole team, from 4 to 25 users, with no per-seat charges. Plans start at $29/month. A 14-day free demo is available with no credit card required.

Meridian

Most PM tools were built for product teams, then bent into shape for agencies. Meridian works the other way round: the five PMBOK process groups are the navigation. Risk register with probability × impact scoring, RAID, change control with an approval chain, stakeholder matrix, sprint retros and time tracking, all in one tool instead of stitched across Jira, Notion and spreadsheets. Built by a delivery team that got tired of the stitching.

Who Is the Company Behind Meridian?

Meridian

Meridian is project management software tailored for certified project managers and aligned with the PMBOK framework. It organizes navigation around PMBOK process groups—Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing—placing features within their respective phases for easy access. Risk management includes a probability-impact matrix and RAID logging for tracking risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. Budget tracking monitors planned versus actual spending, while phase-aware Gantt charts manage dependencies across timelines. Sprint boards connect to execution for live progress tracking. Stakeholder management uses power-interest grids to monitor engagement. Phase gates establish entry and exit criteria with sign-off workflows, while an audit log ensures accountability. Lessons learned capture supports knowledge retention. Authentication integrates with Google and Microsoft accounts, with SAML single sign-on available for enterprises.

MeridianCogent

What it solves: TSA scope creeps because entanglements are discovered after close. Day 1 readiness lives in spreadsheets nobody updates. Integration commitments slip because dependencies aren’t visible to everyone running them. Deal teams spend time tracking status instead of running separation. MeridianCogent replaces the spreadsheet — one system where you define what needs to happen, who owns it, and whether it’s on track. The platform builds a decision record as you execute, so when something goes wrong, you have evidence of what was committed and why. Current stage: In development. Early access available for diagnostics and design partners.
