Additionally the rates of fraudulent transactions involving small capital gift cards is incredibly high much much higher than prepaid gift cards in general and also so much higher than those associated with regular debit and credit cards postpaid. Until these rates fall in line with those of general postpaid credit and debit cards linked to bank accounts the costs associated with performing chargebacks off to you the payment processor and the merchants involved are not able to be sustained long-term hence probably why they do not currently allow it.

I think there is a reason why not only PayPal but other services also doesn't allow Visa gift card because I also have tried with many other services.
I'm currently exploring payment processor options for our business and would appreciate your insights. There are numerous solutions available, each with its unique features and strengths. Here's a brief overview of some I've come across:
PayPal Payments: A widely recognized platform offering comprehensive online and in-person payment solutions.
Stripe Connect: Known for its developer-friendly APIs and robust integration capabilities.
Authorize.net: A longstanding player providing reliable credit card and e-check processing services.
Paytm Business: Popular in India, supporting various payment methods including UPI, cards, and wallets.
Razorpay: An Indian payment gateway offering a suite of payment solutions tailored for diverse business needs.
Square Payments: Offers seamless integration for both online and point-of-sale transactions.
HitPay: Provides a straightforward setup for SMEs to accept payments online and in-store.
NMI Gateway: A feature-rich platform supporting multi-channel payment acceptance and extensive integrations.
Borderless AI: Combines payment processing with global payroll solutions, leveraging AI for automation.
My preference would be ease of integration, good security features, proactive customer support and global reach. If you've had experience with any of these platforms or have other recommendations, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Your feedback will be invaluable in helping us make an informed decision.
I would go with PayPal Payments or Stripe Connect. Both payment processors make online payments simple and easy.
Payoneer is an E-banking application that lets you open multiple "receiving accounts" corresponding to different worldwide currencies, under one Payoneer account. Whether you're a business and you're looking to pay your customers by answering their invoices, or you're a freelancer looking to be paid through invoice, you have the ability to receive and send money from and to -theoretically- everyone in the world using a local bank or a Payoneer account, as long as the "receiving accounts" match.
It also gives you the ability to withdraw your funds directly to your local bank connected to your Payoneer account.
It gives you a total of 6 free receiving accounts or the most used worldwide currencies (USD/GBP/JPY)upon registration, an account of your local currency included.
Conversion fees (if applicable) and "transfer to local bank" fees are totally inexpensive.
After receiving a total of 100 of any currency, it gives you the ability to open more receiving accounts, which translates to more opportunities!
