WarpWare

WarpWare is order management and fulfillment integration middleware for e-commerce brands and the 3PLs that serve them. It connects Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Veeqo, NetSuite, Acumatica, ShipStation, ShipBob, ShipHero, EDI (SPS) and 20+ other sales channels and systems to warehouse management systems such as Extensiv, then runs the whole order lifecycle: ingestion with duplicate, hold and pre-order handling; a rules engine for routing, holds, release schedules and business hours; multi-warehouse routing; kit and bundle explosion; inventory sync with per-channel buffers and automatic drift healing; fulfillment and tracking push-back to every source channel; and cancellation sync. Every outbound sync retries with exponential backoff and a circuit breaker until it lands, so orders, inventory and tracking never silently fall through the cracks. WarpWare is multi-tenant by design for 3PLs managing many sub-clients, with per-client configuration, a complete per-order timeline, exportable analytics, and Walter, a built-in AI assistant that answers operations questions against live data.

How it works

WISMO

WISMO is a mobile order management app for small businesses that take custom orders through conversations rather than traditional online checkouts. It is designed for sellers such as home bakers, tailors, jewellers, commission artists and wedding planners who manage orders through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and other messaging channels. Sellers can create orders with customer details, items, due dates and prices, then share a dedicated tracking page with each customer. Customers can open the link in their browser without installing an app or creating an account. The page displays the order's current status, progress notes and seller contact details, updating as the seller moves the order through its workflow. WISMO also supports advance and final payment tracking across cash, bank transfers, cards and digital wallets. Sellers can record payments, monitor outstanding balances and receive reminders about upcoming deadlines and unpaid orders. A product catalogue lets sellers save items and reuse their details when creating orders. With WISMO Pro, sellers can publish a storefront at a dedicated web address where customers can browse products or services and submit enquiries. Sellers can accept or decline enquiries, and accepted enquiries become orders. The storefront does not include an automatic checkout, allowing sellers to confirm each order themselves. WISMO offers a free plan covering the first 30 orders, with catalogue and stock-tracking features included. WISMO Pro is available for $9.99 per month or $69.99 per year.

YANTRA Subscription Order Management

Brands are offering more and more products through a subscription model and it’s working. With subscriptions, consumers only make the decision to buy once. Future orders are automatically scheduled (with the ability to adjust, of course). The number of brand impressions goes up. Customer loyalty increases. And the insights gained into your customers’ habits and product usage can be used to improve inventory forecasts. Not to mention, it provides a more predictable revenue stream. The problem is, most order management systems weren’t designed to handle subscription orders. That’s why we developed YANTRA Subscription. A module that integrates with your existing order management system and lets you manage customer subscription orders. And best of all, it can be deployed in as little as four weeks. Yantra Subscription is: -A Web Application -Cross Browser -UI Responsive -OS and Device independent -Integrates with IBM Sterling OMS
