Zango

Zango is the AI compliance layer for financial services. It sits across the chain from regulation to evidence: regulatory change, obligation, policy, process, risk, control, test and audit trail. Compliance, risk and governance teams at banks, insurers, asset managers and fintechs use it to do the analytical work that is otherwise manual, without replacing the systems they already own. Zango monitors 700+ regulatory authorities across 120+ jurisdictions in the UK, EU and US, including the FCA, PRA, EBA, SEC, FINRA and MAS, and frameworks such as DORA, Consumer Duty, MiFID II and the EU AI Act. Each update is scored against the firm's business profile, licences and jurisdictions, then mapped to the internal documents it affects, so teams see the changes that apply to them rather than a feed of everything published. What the platform covers Horizon scanning. Continuous monitoring of regulators and legislators, with each change filtered for relevance and delivered as an expert-verified alert in real time. Clients save 80+ hours a week on horizon scanning and about 1.5 to 2 hours per alert. Regulatory change management. The full lifecycle from publication to closure: entity scoping, sub-section level obligation granularity, proposed against final comparison, impact assessment, maker-checker workflow, action tracking and reporting. Obligation extraction and the Rules Library. AI extraction of obligations from long regulatory texts, verified by compliance specialists, versioned, searchable and linked to their source at sub-section level. Gap analysis. Regulatory requirements compared against internal policies, procedures and controls, with the gap, the affected document and the recommended change shown for each finding. Risk and controls. Control descriptions drafted and refined, controls mapped to obligations, risks and processes, duplicate and overlapping controls identified for merge or retirement, and regulatory change traced through to the exact controls that must be reviewed. Interoperates with existing GRC systems of record rather than replacing them. Control testing. Test plans generated from control descriptions, evidence reviewed against the test steps, and audit-ready working papers produced with the exceptions surfaced for a reviewer. Product risk assessment. Any product description, requirements document or questionnaire is decomposed into product features, which determine the obligations and candidate risks that apply. The output is a regulator-grade assessment: rules map, scored risks, control coverage and gaps, recommended changes and a committee-ready pack. Financial promotions compliance, or Marketing Copilot. Marketing assets reviewed against UK, EU and US rules including FCA COBS, BCOBS, Consumer Duty and Section 21 of FSMA, and against the firm's own marketing policy, before and after publication. Copy, PDFs, documents, images and video are all in scope. Around 95 per cent of assets are auto-approved and approval cycles are 40 per cent faster. Policy governance. A centralised policy library mapped to obligations, with version control, review and approval workflows and audit-ready traceability. Automation agents. Configurable agents for recurring operational compliance work, including onboarding and KYC or KYB quality assurance, customer due diligence refresh, AML alert triage and periodic reviews, each with human review built into the workflow. How it works Zango runs foundation models with context engineering, a four-layer retrieval pipeline, multi-model orchestration and agentic workflows. The models are not fine-tuned. A document chunking method called Agentic Splitting preserves meaning and cross-references across regulatory texts that often run from 50 to 2,000 pages, and a version-controlled regulatory corpus means the platform retrieves the text that was in force on the relevant date rather than only the latest version. Every AI-generated output passes through review by compliance specialists before it reaches a compliance team. Getting started Horizon scanning and regulatory change management need no integration and work from day one. Gap analysis and policy work need read access to internal documents through Google Drive, SharePoint or upload, which typically takes two to five business days. Most teams are operational within a week. Security and customers SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access control, full audit logs, single sign-on and configurable data residency. Data processing terms are published at zango.ai/dpa. Zango is used by banks, insurers, asset managers and fintechs including NovoBanco, Monzo and Juni, and is headquartered in London with offices in Lisbon and Bengaluru.

How it works

ZEBSOFT

Product Overview – Zebsoft Zebsoft is an integrated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform designed to help organisations implement, manage, and evidence compliance with ISO standards and regulatory frameworks in a structured, auditable way. The platform supports organisations managing standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) — either individually or as a fully integrated management system (IMS). Zebsoft is built around one source of truth, combining document control, risk management, audits, incidents, actions, training & competency, supplier management, and business continuity into a single, permission-controlled system. All records are traceable, version-controlled, and linked, allowing organisations to demonstrate compliance rather than rely on spreadsheets or fragmented tools. The system uses role-based visibility and permissions, ensuring that users only see information relevant to their responsibilities, while management and auditors retain full oversight. Evidence is captured directly in the system, creating a live audit trail suitable for internal audits, external certification audits, and regulatory scrutiny. Zebsoft is modular and scalable. Organisations can start with a simple quality or compliance foundation and expand into additional standards, domains, and workflows without duplicating data or rebuilding the system. This makes the platform suitable for SMEs, growing organisations, and complex multi-site operations that need structure without unnecessary complexity. Unlike generic QMS or checklist tools, Zebsoft focuses on governance, accountability, and proof — ensuring policies, risks, actions, and controls are consistently applied, maintained, and evidenced across the organisation.
