Client satisfaction surveys with Net Promoter Score are built in, along with executive reporting. The surveys also generate testimonials that clients can share on social media. The online reputation management feature help lenders build social proof. The built-in vendor-managed automation helps lenders increase customer retention, generate new business opportunities, and drive down the cost to originate loans. It also allows banks to drive more CRA business with native geo-targeting and demographic targeting features. The ClientTracker feature generates leads for pre-approvals and new mortgages.
