It gives us an insanely quick way to shop out our deals to hundreds of lenders instead of doing it the slow way through our own built up network which would take us a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Finance Lobby?** It can be timely to make sure your deal is submitted properly but that has improved drastically with the help of AI. **What problems is Finance Lobby solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its an incredible time saver. It helps get our clients more competitive loan options from places we wouldnt have thought of. It's growing our network of lenders drastically. For example if we connect with a lender on one deal, even if the deal isn't the right fit we have a new relationship that we put no work into obtaining. It's easy to use the site and to post deals and it broadens our horizons tremendously. Another example we've seen multiple times is that certain lenders have a nationwide reach which you dont necessarily know. Sending them a deal across the country to their review wouldnt have been an option without the connection through Finance Lobby. ### 2. I like the ease of the system in the portal, which allows me to not only review deals and basic information but also put together proposals and send quotes to brokers or individuals requesting an SBA loan. The email notifications are great too. They notify me of opportunities in the portal, making it easy to log in and review deals. **What do you dislike about Finance Lobby?** N/A **What problems is Finance Lobby solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find Finance Lobby easy to use with great email notifications.
