Datavail

Datavail helps companies get their data, applications, and infrastructure ready for what AI asks of them, and then keeps it all running. We are a data and technology services firm with more than 15 years of experience and 500+ clients, many of whom have worked with us for 7+ years. Our clients are usually data and IT leaders with a clear goal and an aging, tangled, or underperforming environment standing between them and it. We meet you where you are. Some teams need help deciding what to build. Others need it built, a legacy system modernized, or a platform run so their people can work on something else. Our work falls into four areas. Imagine: Advisory work that turns a data or AI ambition into a plan your team can act on, with priorities, sequencing, and a realistic view of cost and risk. Build: Data pipelines, platforms, applications, and AI agents designed to do real work in production, with the guardrails and monitoring production systems need. Modernize: Database, cloud, and application modernization, from version upgrades and performance tuning to full migrations, so new capability does not strain what is already there. Operate & Manage: Managed services and optimization for data platforms, databases, and cloud environments, run by specialists who learn your systems and respond quickly. We work across Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, and more, and we help clients use partner-funded programs to lower the cost and risk of new initiatives. Our approach is simple. Specialists work alongside your team, use proven methods and automation, and aim for measurable gains in reliability, performance, and scalability, often within months. Our clients rate us with a Net Promoter Score of 78. If you are weighing a platform decision, planning a migration, or working out where AI fits, we are glad to talk it through.
