What do you like best about Merit Solutions?

I like the 1:1 interaction with the developers and the project managers/account managers. I find that frequent check point meetings are beneficial for all project members. I have developed a very strong working relationship with most of the Merit team supporting our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Merit Solutions?

Global coverage could be better. US based companies relying on European support teams leaves a very big gap and we have struggled with finding the balance for continuous seamless support. There is only one senior support person in the US that is an AX expert and when he leaves, the gap widens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Merit Solutions:

Ensure you are adequately covered for project management tasks and deliverables. Set written expectations, (they will meet or exceed them), above all, support your integration partners.
