We want to design our own theme for the frontend user section and also have a number of custom modules and plugins according to the needs of our company and our department. Is it possible that we can make these changes directly?

I know the importance of wi-fi and data to everything we do in our lives. But I'd like to suggest if we can make the Kahoot without the use for wi-fi and data? Like the Share it app we're you can connect that app without the use of connection but just scanning the QR Code. I know we can improve more for that so it would be more feasible for other market to be used.
