Does ClickHelp facilitate the process of translation?

Of course, Translator Dashboard has a wide variety of filters to sort out topics and projects; all units and topics have the indicators of readiness (they also show that a unit or a topic need corrections); translation editor checks the length of translated text, which is convenient when you need to stick to the length of the base text.

Can I migrate content to ClickHelp?

Yes, it’s not difficult. ClickHelp has content import functionality. What you need to do is to figure out what topics you need to migrate. Here are the formats that ClickHelp supports: CHM, HTML/XHTML/Web Help zipped, MS Word, RTF, ODT.

Can I localize downloadable materials in my manuals?

Yes, of course. The latest ClickHelp Rainbow update allows localizing downloadable materials. But not only that. You can even localize images. That adds consistency to your technical documentation.
