However, it would be good to add a FAQ sections, a most popular articles section or other features using "rolling updates". You can add custom HTML content at the moment, we are also bringing more out of the box widgets like popular articles, recent articles, most searched articles etc. In the future, we will enhance the framework so custom widgets can be built to bring dynamic content. Yes. Using SSL is a new security standard that’s supported by many companies like Google. We highly recommend that you install your own SSL certificate to ClickHelp when using a custom portal domain name. You will need the certificate in the form of a password-protected PFX file. Yes. You can reuse a whole topic in multiple places in multiple projects. Moreover, you can create small reusable snippets and use them as blocks for building your topics. For example, you write an instruction that is used in different topics, so you can insert this snippet where it’s needed. As a result, when you need to update your instructions, you’ll just need to update one place.
