Gymsense is gym and studio management software built for independent fitness operators, typically managing one to five locations. It brings membership management, recurring billing and payments, gym check-ins, attendance tracking, personal training scheduling, class scheduling and online booking, staff permissions, owner reporting, point-of-sale workflows, digital waivers, and member account tools into one platform.
Owners, trainers, and front-desk staff can manage daily operations through the Gymsense web dashboard and Gymsense Pro mobile app. Staff can review member records, schedule training sessions, manage class rosters, monitor check-ins, sell memberships and other products, and review payments and transactions. Members can use their mobile account to review membership status, manage payment methods, purchase available products, check in, schedule personal training, browse classes, and book or cancel reservations.
Gymsense is designed for neighborhood gyms, personal training businesses, and fitness studios that want core operating workflows connected in one place. Guided onboarding and data migration can organize records from platform exports, Stripe, spreadsheets, or paper agreements while configuring Gymsense around the gym's existing workflows. This can replace a patchwork of scheduling, billing, front-desk, and member-account tools while preserving owner control over the gym's operating rules. Direct support and live product guidance are available during onboarding and day-to-day use.
Gymsense supports current personal training and class operations, including recurring schedules, capacity and waitlist management, rosters, attendance, and instructor visibility. Stripe provides the payment processing rail while Gymsense manages the surrounding membership, billing, and operational workflows.
Once Gymsense is configured and live, the first three months are free. After that, gyms can continue for $99 per month per location with no long-term contract.
