What do you like best about FitSW?

I love the customer service, expertise and response times at FITSW. The ability to accept feedback, respond to any system issues and correct them is far beyond any other company I've worked with. As a customer for 5 years now, the growth has never negatively impacted me as a business customer with a custom app, or as a trainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FitSW?

There are no downsides when you customize your custom app. FITSW is very willing to create custom projects and your business experience. Eventually it'd be wonderful to see a larger broadband width and website template and upgrade options that are more streamlined with branding and marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FitSW solving and how is that benefiting you?

During covid, FITSW was amazing for my small business and wellness center. As a high risk business, we were closed or 25% capacity for over a year. FITSW custom app and projects made wellness accessible for our clients and members for in demand, live stream and customizable for them to keep working with us no matter where they or their wellness expert were or moved to.
