RotoSpider
RotoSpider lays out molds on a rotational molding machine's arm and spider. Describe the machine's arm, straight or offset, with its dimensions, and list the molds you want on it, each with the shape it has: a box, an L shape, a slope, a drawn footprint or a CAD file. RotoSpider places them, checks the rotation envelope, clearance and overhang, and names what did not fit and why. Slide, turn or lift a mold in the 3D view and the layout follows. The web app runs in the browser; the desktop trial on Windows, macOS and Linux adds your own machine and mold data, saved layouts and CAD import. A manual and short tours in English and Chinese. RotoScheduler, from the same download, plans the plant's production on a board of machines, arms and cycles with RotoSpider checking each mold group. By Cuberithm Inc., Winnipeg, Canada.
