Looking for a service design team for journey mapping platforms that make it easy to build, collaborate, and visualize user journeys and service blueprints. Ideally, something intuitive, flexible, and tailored to both early ideation and detailed design.

Here are a few platforms we’ve been researching on G2:

- [**TheyDo**](https://www.g2.com/products/theydo/reviews)– Tailored for service design; offers journey mapping, service blueprinting, persona development, and real-time collaboration in one workspace.
- [**Miro**](https://www.g2.com/products/miro/reviews)– Flexible digital whiteboard; great for early-stage mapping, brainstorming, and collaboration with support for blueprinting.

Can confirm Miro is the best one by far away! We have an enterprise plan for it and use it for all design thinking/user mapping exercises - tough to beat in terms of functionality + ease of use.

It has a creative look and feel to it, so definitely gets you in the zone and mindset of a creative thinker/designer to get the best out of you!

I want to start a discussion in this Miro community to better understand how to use Miro Spaces. Is it possible to use it to manage the entire product lifecycle, or is Miro Spaces better for early stage planning? I would love to know if anyone has experience using Miro Spaces for this use case.

It's absolutely very helpfull tool for start ups as they catch up more on meets online

Hey G2! I want to get more comfortable using AI features in Miro. The features look cool, but kind of overwhelming. Does anyone have experience using these features and is willing to share their knowledge?

The easiest way to start using Miro AI is by interacting with content you already have. Select a group of sticky notes, text blocks, or cards and choose from built-in AI actions like “Summarize,” “Cluster by theme,” or “Generate ideas.” These one-click tools work directly in the canvas, with no need to learn prompting. It’s a simple, visual way to build comfort with AI inside your team’s existing workflows.
