What is Zoho CRM used for?

Zoho crm is used as customer relationship management. You can enter prospects ongoing conversation.

It is a CRM tool which is a cloud based customer realtionship management tools. Here you can create customised dashboard to represent all your oragansiation things like sales data, marketing data any many more.

What is InVision Freehand used for?

Honestly, the best way I can describe Freehand is it's like having a giant whiteboard that your whole team can draw on at the same time, even if everyone's in different countries. We mostly use it when we need to think out loud together. Like when we're kicking off a new project and nobody really knows what shape it's going to take yet someone starts sketching something, someone else adds to it, and before you know it you actually have something to work with. It's also really handy for feedback rounds. Instead of sending a design file back and forth with comments in an email thread that gets confusing fast, you just drop it in Freehand and people leave their notes right on top of it. Way less chaos. It's not the flashiest tool out there, but it does exactly what it needs to do get people on the same page without making it complicated.
